Champion Skin/Concept Petitions

I'm thinking about how petitions by the community could give some of the amazing ideas that the community some love. I propose that on any given concept or skin, people should vote to be able to get it looked at by reds. 1 hundred yes's, and it's at the very least looked at. Contact me if you want this idea to go through, I know that it's hard to get our content out there, but hopefully this would alleviate some problems.

This could work, but forcing them to post won't make it as genuine. First thing's first, we need to separate skins from concepts so that concepts aren't drowned out by artwork: http://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/skin-champion-concepts/2EnNGxUU-please-riot-separate-skins-and-champion-concepts

I'll upvote yours still though because it's a neat idea.
