@Riot: A major question about modding in reworks for the community

would it be feasible to create a bunch of side-servers for people who wish to try out champion concepts they made themselves? (I'm talking like, model, abilities, EVERYTHING coded down) Or should we just sit by and hope against the odds?Evelynn Urgot

Given how easily buggy code can bring down a game / server / more, and how it would be impossible to do quality control on user-uploaded concepts, it's probably very unfeasible, and definitely not worth the massive time that would be needed for development.

I honestly can't see Riot ever allowing this sort of thing. You could probably code up your own rudimentary version of League to test things on, but that's probably the limits of what we'll ever see.

Unless you will have to pay like 20$ per concept. If no $ is involved, then riot will not do it.

there actually is / was a sandbox mode of league. i've never tried it so i don't know if it's against the terms of service or anything, i just thought it was cool
