I just thought of a concept and some abilities I wanted to share. Freeze is an Assasin grown in Frelijord who found Noxian gear made in Zaun. His environment is freezing cold mountain forests. He can hear the wind and trees to spot his targets and he wields two knives. A big one and a small but sharp one.Im going for a mid and jungle Assasin with high damage but frail. If you have any questions you are free to ask

Passive-Frozen Steps: When freez walks he leaves behind Frozen footsteps that last two mins or until an enemy steps on them. If an enemy steps om them they get slowed. If there are many icy trails in an area he becomes invisible when he moves through them with increased movement speed

Q-Assasination: Freez launches himself on an enemy champion ( skillshot) and stays on them for 4 seconds ( he is able to aa them the whole time) ( they can cast spells and hit freez with whatever they have) . He leaves them when the 4 seconds end or when he casts another ability. ( this dash has 850 range and can pass through walls)( if he doesn't collide with a champion it will only be a dash)

W-Murderous Dilemma:
Passive: Freez uses two knives. So his autoattacks works with both, one at a time. When he autoattacks something with the big knife, he DEEP STABS inflicting more damage scaling with ad and the targets maximum health. DEEP STABS make him attack 30% slower. When he stabs with the smaller but sharper knife he SWIFT STABS and attacks 45% faster but these attacks deal 25% less damage.

Deep stabs can't crit while Swift stabs crit for 25% less damage.

Active: he locks and attacks with one kind of knife for the next 4 seconds. ( he locks to the knife he will be using next and is an aa reset)

E- Silent leap: passive: every 40 seconds after level 3 he can hear his opponents for 0.5 seconds using the trees around him. His enemies in the fog of war become visible to him for 0.5 secs but ONLY to him. ( he will see them exactly how rengar sees enemies when he ults)

Active: He jumps with force to the closest wall ( 800 range) and can then jump in another location ( 800 range) ( cant pass through walls) ( the time window he has to jump from the wall to another location is 1 second) ( these dashes cant be stopped but he is still targetable)

OR ( another active)

He binds himself to the wall with a safety rope ( he has to get close to the wall and press the ability) . He can then reactivate it to pull himself in that location. ( cannot be stopped when activated, he is still targetable ) ( 1200 range leash) ( can pass through walls)

R - Freeze Slash: Every 25/20/15 seconds he stores one charge of Freeze slash. This slash in a skillshot that can pass through units slashing them for damage and healing for an amount. He can store up to /4/5/6 slashes. ( the cooldown is not affected by Cooldown reduction) ( up to 1000 range,) ( will be used like fizz ult)( he himself becomes a projectile )

OR

Instinctive Survival:
Passive: When Freez's HP percentage drops his movement speed and healing from all sources increase as well as attackspeed

Active: He releases ice form his body and forms an AOE burst of razor thin ice shards that hurt enemies hit and stuns them for 0.5 / 0.75/ 1 sec.

Hi! I think that this is a very interesting concept, but it could use a few changes.

First, his passive really doesn't fit well with his theme or his gameplay kit. Having a passive that leaves a slowing trail doesn't really make sense for an assassin. I would say to move the passive of his E to his actual passive. You could also change the E passive to make it a bit more interactive.

For example: Freez relentlessly hunts his targets. Damaging an enemy marks them for 6 seconds, and the mark is transferred if he damages another target. While they are marked, he gains brief vision of them every 2 seconds. Killing a marked target while they are away from their teammates grants Freez 40% bonus movement speed which decays over 2 seconds.

This passive would make Freez much more focused on tracking down and eliminating targets. It would help specialize his kit towards hunting an enemy and reward him for being successful. Doing this would really create a theme of "you can run but you can't hide" and the bonus movement speed would allow him to travel deep into enemy territory and still have a chance at escaping.

One thing that would be hilariously overpowered is the dash range on his Q. With it being point and click, their is no reason to give it a crazy long range. Making the range no more than double his melee range would force players to use his E as a means to get close to their target before jumping onto them with his Q.

The same goes for his ultimate. I would reduce the range OR, if you want to make it more interesting, create delay in the ability. Leave some sort of a marker to show the path he will take, and then dash along that path around 1 second later. This will allow enemies to move out of the way while still making the ability an awesome engage tool.

Finally, one aspect of his kit that seems incredibly infuriating to play against is the ridiculous amounts of escape tools he has. His E, and Ult both serve as methods of travel. To give his kit counterplay, taking any damage should cancel the cast of his dashes. So for his E, getting hit would knock him off the wall. For his Ult, taking damage during its cast time will cancel the travel but refund the charge.

I believe these changes would help to give him more counterplay and make him more interesting both to fight and to play.

Thanks for reading.

Seems like a good jungler with options between whether he wants to nuke or dps burst, really nice concept. Would you build warrior, or Bloodrazer on him though? Maybe even cinderhulk into a more ad oriented build for survivability.

Sweet concept none the less :D
