PBE feedback: Electrocute.

I post this here cause i cant login with my account on the PBE forums for some reason even thought i have a PBE account .

Electrocute feels very clunky and awkwaard to use properly.I dont think thunderlords was OP so the change to the way it procs feels unnecessary. Just my point of view.

It was never fair to have it proc from DoTs though.

They should delete electrocute entirely
