Suggestions for the upcoming Yasuo Rework

First of all, I have to address I am not a Yasuo main but I admire this character for many reasons mainly because his gameplay fits so much with his lore. So I have some suggestions that may help into Riot's try to reshape Yasuo so he can be actually playble and not a permanently banned champion and still feel like the same airbender badass samurai.

Yasuo Rework:

  • Remove R passive. ( armor penetration)
    -Move Double crit chance from passive to R passive. ( make it last for a set amount of seconds that scale later like 15/17.5/20 secs and can still work on all targets not just the ones hit with Last Breath)
  • Make him able to charge his shield while he uses E like he was on release ( 8% was the number if I recall correctly but Im sure the numbers are the last thing to worry about)
  • make E a bit stronger like in the past.( maybe more stacks and more % damage increase and still be magic damage)

Note: If he is still underpowered make his tornado have double crit also [ doesnt stack with R passive ] OR give him a sustain option [ example, talon's Q ]

I think this would bring him at a very good spot balance-wise. What do you think about it?

i feel like gating crit for an ADC like that is a bit funky. even in the lategame unless he ults he'll only crit half the time; a melee adc can't afford that kind of unreliability

im not a yasuo player (for the most part) but i feel like this may not solve his big issues
