PBE feedback: Electrocute.

I post this here cause i cant login with my account on the PBE forums for some reason even thought i have a PBE account .

Electrocute feels very clunky and awkwaard to use properly.I dont think thunderlords was OP so the change to the way it procs feels unnecessary. Just my point of view.
