**LORE: **"Summoners are made, not Born." Helm Fratris is a veteran general from the times when wars were barbarically fought with mage and sword, and when the league was formed what more was left for him to do, but teach? A tough but efficient tutor adept in the ways of battle. With his precise knowledge he made sure his students had perfect mastery of the Arcane and Brutish alike. Soon, the leaders of the league began to realize how much influence he had over the summoners. Fearing he was leading the summoners into rebellion They exiled everyone. Bitterly, Helm and his group of summoners now roam Runetera With one propose to hunt down all members of the league of legends.

PS: Helm and his bros suck at it though, and usually end up getting rekt by sion, darius, malphite and Velkoz.

Champion summery: Helm is one of the first champions geared to be effective in all lanes. He is jack of all trades, but master of none. Through mastery of the summoner spells Helm Gains added effects on each one. This comes at a cost however. Helm Fratris has no ultimate ability, and his basic abilities are fairly basic.

P-Mental adjustments: The cooldowns of Helms summoner spells are cut in half, and have augmented effects that increase based on level.

summoner 21 - 0.5 second duration. Helm blocks the next ability used against him with his mind. and gains a large buff based on what he blocked.

{{summoner:2}} - Passive ability - Helm has perma knowledge of all enemy summoner spells, Ultimates, and jungle camps

summoner 3 Helm tosses a sleeping gas potion at a target location Is now a aoe ability. Enemy in the radius can NOT use and spells/summoners. They also take dot damage over time. and 90% move speed reduction.

summoner 12 Helm teleports to a target location on the map and when he reaches it disguises himself as a random enemy champion for 30 seconds, or until he attacks

summoner 6 Helm runs really fast, is untargetable and can go through walls. enemy he runs through are frightened for 1 second. Effect ends when he attacks.

summoner 11 Helm forms a lance of pure magic and tosses it at a nearby champ. This lance deals execution type damage, and if it doesn't kill the enemy, they are pinned to the ground for 1 second.

summoner 14 helm slams his sword to the ground, Knocking his enemies back in a rising fiery explosion. enemies caught in the blast take significant damage based on how close they were to were to Helm. The are then ignited.

Q- A singular strike- Helm raises his blade to preform a stab attack AA reset that can be charged. By pressing the skill again up to 2 times, Helm raises his blade higher. Increasing the power of the plunging attack.

W- Mad Dash- Helm charges to a near by spot, first enemy he hits are stunned for 0.5 seconds.

E- sword- Helm can switch his auto-attacking style from slow aoe sword attacks, and quick single target stabbing attacks.

R- absolutely nothing

Let me know what you guys think!

Hey! Here are my thoughts on your concept!

Passive: Ummmm

Clairvoyance: No idea what this does?

Teleport: The disguise is kind of useless:/ When you mean random champ do u mean ANY champ? Like if he teleported bot and he turned into gragas when there isn't a gragas in the game?

Smite: DOes this still apply normal smite effect? Otherwise he can't jungle.

Exhaust: Ridiculously strong. It's essentially a an aoe silence plus massive slow.

Overall: Umm I don't see how he's a jack of all trades? His kit feels mostly like a bruiser so he's mostly gonig to be confined to top. He lacks clear for jungle, not eboufg utility to be a support, can't adc, and doesn't have the tools to handle the midlane. There also the fact that he doesn't have an ult which takes a huge part of his power budget out. Also his kit feels very basic, it doesn't have much in it. he has minimal cc, utility, and damage. He just doesn't feel that he has much going for him except exhaust and ignite passive.
