There's a rather surprising split in the votes, I guess that "When in doubt pick C" philosophy kicked in. I think its about time I gave a bit more insight into the concept I was teasing here.
First off, Ryker is Ezreal's brother (congrats to the 4 that guessed right), and most definitely his older brother. In this sense, Ryker may be a pretty cool guy, right? Well to an extent. Ryker doesn't have the magic in him (had to make the reference), and instead pursued a more technical approach to success. Where this lead him, you'll have to wait and see. One thing I can tell you is gravity defiant hair is in the genes.
Gameplay wise, Ryker is an agile melee fighter who focuses on all kinds of speed to ensure his damage output. It might come as a shock to you, but motion is a big part of Ryker's kit. By re-positioning himself, Ryker can "get the drop" on his target, and break em' down in a fury of awesomeness.
Currently, Ryker is a little set back, as an unforeseen similarity between PFE and Ryker's gear has been identified, so there are some steps in progress to fix this, as last thing I want to do is make another PFE.
