Armour looks similar to the Lich King’s but without the skull ascetics, with a ragged fur cloak and the helmet being more rounded with horns that curve over his head. Weapon is a massive maul made of true ice. Any exposed flesh on his fingers and neck is ice blue.

Ratings Attack:4/10 Defence:6/10 Ability: 6/10 Difficulty: 6/10

role: fighter/mage

Stats Health:600-2168 Health regen:8.4-23.7 Frost: 100 Melee:125 Attack damage:62-121 Attack speed:0.694 (+0%-44.9%) Armour:27-76 Magic resist:31.2-53.6 Movement speed: 335

Resource: frost Vidarr when is near a movement impaired unit he generates 1/2/3/4/5 frost plus 5 times the strength of the impairment toward the target’s movement every second, so a 50% movement speed slow would mean that he generates 3.5/4.5/5.5/6.5 frost every second while it lasts and a stun or root will give 6/7/8/9 per second. Generation is half as effective against non-champions, so the same slow used on a minion would generate 1.75/2.25/2.75/3.25 frost per second and a root would give 3/3.5/4/4.5 frost per second. The generation doesn’t stack when multiple non-champions are impaired. Additional if a single champion is affected by more than one impairment then only the strongest one will apply to them, so if a target is both stunned and slowed then only the stun will contribute to the rate of frost generation. Frost decays at 5 per second if he hasn’t generated frost in the last 10 seconds

Abilities Passive: frostbite Vidarr’s spells don’t cost anything to cast, instead he uses frost to empower his basic spells. When he has 50 frost his next basic spell consumes 50 frost to become empowered, enhancing the damage based on his level, grants additional scalings and gaining an additional unique effect. Frost is built up by being near movement impaired units (including himself and allies), through crowd controls such as slows, stuns, snares and suppressions (airborne effects do not count).

Q: Avalanche Range:300 Magic damage:20/40/60/80/100 (+40% AD) (+40% AP) Direct hit damage:30/60/90/120/150 (+60% AD) (+60% AP) Slow:15%/20%/25%/30%/35% Cooldown: 5 seconds Empowered damage: 20/40/60/80/100+7.5Xlvl (+50% AD) (+50%) Empower direct hit damage: 30/60/90/120/150+10Xlvl (+75% AD) (+75%) Smashes his maul into the ground, dealing magic damage in a 75 unit radius area and slowing targets hit for 1.5 seconds, enemies within 25 units of the centre take a direct hit from the maul and receive 150% damage. Empowered: The slam now sends jagged ice out that knocks targets away from the centre, enemies that take a direct hit or are already immobilised are stunned for 1 second instead.

W: Arctic winds Range: 400 Magic damage per second:10/20/30/40/50 (+10% AP) Total magic damage: 50/100/150/200/250 (+50% AP) Slow per second:3%/4%/5%/6%/7% Max slow:15%/20%/25%/30%/35% Cooldown: 11/10.5/10/9.5/9 Empowered damage per second:10/20/30/40/50+2Xlvl (+12.5% AP) Empowered total damage:50/100/150/200/250+10Xlvl (+62.5% AP) Empowered slow per second:3%/4%/5%/6%/7% (+0.2% per 20 AP) Empowered max slow:15%/20%/25%/30%/35% (+1% per 20 AP) Vidarr channels for 5 seconds, during this time in place of basic attacks he fires a stream of frost that deals magic damage every second to the selected target and slows their movement and attack speeds for 1 second, the slow amount stacks every time the target takes damage from this ability. Vidarr is able to move normally while channelling but casting an ability will end the channel. Empowered: This spell now fires frost in a 35 degree cone to damage multiple targets and the slow now scales with Vidarr’s AP.

E: glacial aegis Bonus armour/magic resist to frontal attacks: 5/10/15/20/25(+7.5% armour/magic resist) Shield strength:60/90/120/150/180 (+40%AP) (+5/5.5/6/6.5/7% max health) Max bonus damage:30/45/60/75/90 (+20%AP) (+2.5/2.75/3/3.25/3.5% max health) Cooldown: 15/14/13/12/11 Empowered shield strength:60/90/120/150/180+10Xlvl (+62.25% AP) (+6.2/6.8/7.5/8.1/8.7% max health) Empowered bonus damage: 30/45/60/75/90+5Xlvl (25% AP) (+3.1/3.4/3.75/4.05/4.35% max health) Passive Vigilance: Vidarr gain bonus armour and magic resist against attacks when he is facing the source of the damage. Active: Creates an icy shield that absorbs frontal damage for 5 seconds. Vidarr can reactivate glacial aegis to use the shield in his next basic attack, dealing bonus damage based on half of the shield’s current level but breaking it. Empower: The shield will always deal full damage and grants him 50% tenacity while it holds.

R: Wrath of the watchers Radius:600 Min magic damage per second:30/40/50 (+10% AP) Max magic damage per second:60/80/100 (+20% AP) Min slow:7.5%/10%/12.5% Max slow:15%/20%/25% Cooldown:130/110/90 Conjures a powerful hail of ice and snow at Vidarr’s location that lasts for 6 seconds, slowing and damaging enemies inside its radius, with both damage and slow intensity increase toward the edge of its radius. Additionally enemies inside the blizzard lose team vision, have their sight radius halved and enemies cannot see through the edge of the blizzard, so enemies inside can’t see out and those outside can’t see anything inside.

Backstory So this is how it ends? I am to die surrounded? To be slain by people I once called my brothers and sisters? I suppose there are worse ways to go. At least I stand a slim chance of dying on my feet with my hammer soaked in blood and frozen bodies around me, unlike them. No doubt they will be tossed into the abyss to make their death as drawn out and humiliating as possible, I may have to join them if our enemy has their way. They should have never uplifted these savages in the first place, could they have not seen in their infinite wisdom that the Iceborn would eventually become restless and demand to be released from their servitude by any means necessary. Even with my efforts to eliminate the trouble makers and quell any spark of rebellion it was only a matter of time. Now there are too many to fight, our forces are dead and broken and we are surrounded. If I manage to survive this then I will track down every Iceborn who has risen up against us and kill them myself, starting with the one foolish enough to try and kill me. This I swear by the unforgiving tundra, the eternal Cryophoenix and my masters, the frozen watchers.

Relations Friends with Lissandra: fellow ice born and servant of the frozen watchers Trundle: accepts his help but looks down on him Enemies with Ashe: seeks to kill her to stop the threat she poses Sejuani: seeks to kill her, but believe her thirst for conquest could be use to his advantage Braum: was the Iceborn to throw Vidarr into the howling abyss, wants revenge on him

Quotes Upon selection “The ice shall return, and the watchers with it” Attacking “You are weak” “The cold takes too long to kill” “Turn the snow red” “Live on your knees or die on you feet!” Movement “The blizzard bows to none, except me” “The cold feeds my strength” “The ice will claim all” “I am older than the tundra” Taunt “You will not have the pleasure of freezing to death” “What is the sound of frozen flesh shattering?” Taunting Braum “you though I was dead? Think again!”/”you left me for dead once, allow me to return the favour” Joke Vidarr will shot a beam of frost at the spot, raising a classic snowman before sticking a carrot on it. “Why yes. I would like to build a snowman” “How long until he starts to sing?” Dance Performs the dance to Ice Ice Baby

tactics Vidarr is a tanky AP juggernaut with a plethora of crowd controls at his disposal to disable and destroy his enemies. His low mobility and tanky nature makes him best suited to the top lane however his suprising range and lack of mana pool means he can be an effective counter to melee assassins.

Frostbite gives Vidarr huge synergy when fighting both with and agaisnt CC heavy comps.

Avalanche is Vidarr's bread and butter spell, useful for waveclearing, dueling and teamfights.
