Leblanc Minion Clear Time.. Reverse more recent nerfs to fix leblanc.

Leblancs auto attacks to minions seem to do less damage then minion attacks to minions..

Like Leblanc got a small nerf a little while ago and I didn't like it. I just want to see leblancs clear time improved maybe without constantly having to use her jump to clear minions... When forced to clear minions with your jump it reduces the entire point of being able to escape cause your jump is always on cool down cause of the minions...

Most champions with a jump ability are able to have that jump ability to either engage or escape.. Kassadin has a jump that can be used as an escape, with auto attacks that can actually clear minions.. Leblanc used to be a good match up for Kassadin and even Zed but since the nerf on Leblanc, she is a weak midlaner..

Zed's ult damage is far more then leblancs, zeds minion clear is far stronger then leblanc, and zed has his escape available when needed..
