horrible LP calculation... The New Broken Rank System

When you lose a match its anywhere between 20-30 LP When you win a match you only get like 6-15 LP Shouldn't it be even like win one lose 1 and you stay the same rank??? What is up with win 3 matches to equal out 1 loss...

Also when you play a position you get credit for playing positions that you didn't play... Lets say I got adc bottom... I get credit for playing jg and top.... What??? Total fail if someone is only playing ADC bottom...

Also how is anyone ranking up when it takes 50 wins with 0 losses to get out of iron???? What kinda bs is that??

My understanding is that your MMR determines the amount of LP you win or lose after a match. If your MMR is higher than average for your rank, you will gain more LP for a win than you would lose for a loss, and vice versa. Unfortunately, it looks like right now your MMR is lower than average for your rank, so you will have to work harder to climb until your MMR is higher.

tl;dr: the system thinks you belong in a lower rank right now so until you prove you're better, your LP gains will be lower than your LP losses.

Its a broken system. If you get 3 losses because of say Troll/AFKer/DCer/Enemy Smurf you are punished

Actually, this new system grades you on your personal in game performance for your assigned role. CS, wards, and a good kda is what's sought after.

For example, I like Mord adc. I got Iron. I went from Iron 3 to Iron 1 with 75LP in 4 games, no joke. I would get anywhere between 30-75 LP from wins.

So MMR is defined as a bias for people so they don't have to play the game to rank up. That sounds great?

MMR: someone goes sona support... they get 0 kills because they are a support and they place 0 wards, yet get 50 win games in a row. That sona will remain in iron eventhough that sona is much smarter then a sona placed in gold, because the gold sona placed a few wards and stole some kills. Yay?

That also doesn't explain why that example 'sona support' gets credit/lp for playing jungle even though in this example this 'iron sona' played support for 50 games... You know didn't play jungle at all yet their jungle rank exists? Definition of broken..

The result: gold assassin mid cant kill an iron assassin mid..
