Midlane hasnt gotten one.
Ori, Syndra or Taliyah are probably going to get it. Taliyah hasnt had a skin since release, so I got my bets on her. These 3 have been dominant and present all year.

I'm 99.9% sure it's Lulu. She had a 100% presence during MSI. So, she was picked/banned in every single game. Last year, Maokai was top tier during spring and was extremely dominant during MSI. The teaser for Victorious Maokai was released on October 1 2016. We'll probably see a teaser picture around October 1 2017.
She has been really present in the first months of season 7
