Vaso'Lacam 'The unseen'

Voidborn humanoid.
Normal sized assassin, uses mana. . High mobility, decent damage, Decent CC. Melee champion. Not very tanky. Most effective as a jungler. Weapon: Dagger

Passive: Ghost -- While out of combat, unit becomes Camouflaged and can be reveled by enemy turrets, Control wards, or getting within a certain range of an enemy champion. First attack or ability on enemy champion, minion or neutral monster deals extra physical damage. (Turns passive off until out of combat again)

Q: Throat Slash -- Lunge at target enemy or neutral monster, dealing physical damage (Scales with 70% AD), Causes target to bleed for 100+ 5% AD for 1 second.

W: No escape -- Gain a slight movement speed boost for 5 seconds, (does not cancel passive). If unit attacks an enemy or neutral monster while active, stuns target for 1 second (increasing by 0.25s with ability level).

E: Shock Grenade -- Throw a shock grenade that temporarily disorient nearby enemies within a small radius, will stun enemies caught in the center for 0.25 seconds, deals magic damage. (Scales with Ap)

R: Assassination --

Passive: Blood Rush - Killing an enemy champion gives unit massive movement speed and slow immunity for 1 second.

Active: Dash a short distance to target enemy champion, stun and assassinate target dealing high physical damage. If Assassination kills target gain Blood Rush for 3 seconds. (Deals slightly more damage based off targets missing health). (+1% damage for every 50 health target is missing, Scales with 10% AD)

Design (Visual): Voidborn that looks almost completely human, Black cloak with a visor connected to the inside of the hood. Knives in sheaths on biceps. Some-what muscular. (thats as much as i got, im terrible at writing visuals out and i cant draw lol)

Got to the passive before typing a comment.

Having permanent invis is toxic, and will NEVER be a thing in this game unless it's a very specific set of conditions.

I'm super wary of this concept -- his abilities are rather simplistic, and the only combo there is is one that is almost CERTAINLY super bad for gameplay.

Observe.

Your target is sitting there. You approach from stealth. You suddenly hit W, close the distance with Q instantly, stun them for 2.25 seconds (from your max-rank W), stun them AGAIN when that's over with E (2.5 seconds of inactivity), and then stun/assassinate them AGAIN.

All this character really is, as written, is gapclosers and three hard-CC abilities. That's something you don't want on an assassin -- an assassin-style character can usually outright murder someone in 2-3 seconds, and this guy effectively has no counterplay of any kind, since you can't act from the moment he hits you until the moment you die, and he's very hard to see coming.

The "E: Shock Grenade" doesn't make sense thematically for him to have, a smoke grenade perhaps(since he's the unseen), but not a shocker. If he has a billy club, or one of his arms was corrupted into a spiky club or something, he can whip it out and stun people with it at close range. That might make more sense, if you really want him to have the stun.

The "W: No Escape" probably should not have a stun on it. A root or slowing effect might be better here, as a dagger is not really a stunning weapon, though it can cut hamstrings to slow, or impale their feet to the ground to root the target. Again, if he had a club or something to stun with that'd be different.

My main gripe here is that void creatures are supposed to be twisted horrors/monstrous critters for the most part, but you want him to look almost completely human, including having clothing. If he were instead corrupted by the void like Kassadin, that may be more appropriate, or just changing his appearance to one much more monstrous and void-like. There's also the option of changing his origin a bit and not having him be void related.

This is really similar to evelynn in concept. Permanent stealth, speed boost on W (she used to stun when exiting stealth before they removed it). Has way too much CC for the movement speed and mobility he gets .
