An Ice/North Based Skin For Evelynn (Snowflake Evelynn or Christmas Eve)

I am no artist so I have no art work or concept material to back this up but it might exist somewhere. Eve was a popular pick in the beginning of the season in both casual and competitive play, making her lack of decent skins more and more apparent. Because of this, I would highly suggest and prefer an Ice/North-based skin for her, hopefully something that could be released this Winter if it isn't too late. Her Q (Hate Spike) would be changed to look like shards of ice along with her ultimate (Agony's Embrace) which would look like larger shards of ice jutting out of the ground. This could even come to include some snowflake particles trailing behind her model upon the activation of her W (Dark Frenzy). I have been juggling ideas for some sort of snow mist or cloud of snowflakes as a particle animation for her entering or leaving the invisibility granted by her passive (Shadow Walk). Put her in some Northern attire (IE: Northern Front Swain, Arctic Warfare Caitlyn, Northern Storm Volibear, Snowflake Sivir, etc) and I believe we would have a remarkably designed and crafted skin on our hands that would be a welcome sight on the rift.
