old ability in new champions?

Do you think Riot well reuse old champions ability. Like Poppy old ult "Diplomatic Immunity Active: Poppy focuses the target enemy champion for the next few seconds, dealing them increased damage and becoming immune to all effects not originating from her target for the duration." It was good ult ability and I feel they should bring it back. Maybe Poppy had a twin sister/bother they are fighter/assassin and use Diplomatic Immunity as their ult with new ability.

what you think and what old ability riot stop using should come back in newer champions?

Riot already said that they are looking for a way to bring old Urgot R back with a new champion as it is a cool ability that doesn't fit the champion it was put on. So I guess they will but most reworks just get an old ability and change it and make it more interactive and interesting. But for things like Aatrox double sword buff that he can change is an ability that will probably come back in some way.
