KlepTomancy need change to something else

Just seeing GP and EZ running Inspiration hell maybe more champions can run the dumb Kleptomancy. Giving the ability to get free gold, pots, and wards are too much for any lane Ex. Sup. Change from attack to healing and shielding someone and giving it like cooldowns like 1 min or 2min or maybe everytime you heal or shield someone it shows the Kleptomancy coin but it's only 1/4 done then itis on a 20s cooldown and when you full the coin it gives you the item, Kleptomancy should be ok.
