Thank you and your broken Report system, If people have stuff on a player that been acting up or cheating we should be able to tell people about this person. Not remove it saying "We understand" No you dont like hell you do. the wasted ip and time on that match I'm not even wanting it back just to see this person ban for what he doing. people should be able post this in forums, were the people who made this dumb system see and go oh this guy been trolling or cheating thank you for showing us this, we Riot well make sure this guy get justice. not look someone made post about someone acting bad better remove it and tell them our robot justice system well get the job done. How after do someone get Ban I rarely get the massage you got someone ban good job.

Thank you Riot for not doing anything.

Reporting players on the forums is like going the post office and putting up your own wanted posters on the wall.

The people moderating the forums are strictly moderators. They have no power to do anything about it and the things you are posting are unproven allegations. If you want to report a player do so at the end of the game or in a support ticket.

Riot doesn't moderate the boards, they have a 3rd party do that.

They have an in-game reporting system for that. Use it. if there is an issue and the reporting function is not available, submit a ticket.

posting names publicly is not only inciting a witch hunt but honestly it's a lot of useless and unneeded drama from finger-pointing.

to be fair they have a reporting system in place that obviously works based on the countless "wtf you permabanned me wtf unban me now rito or i sue" threads we see daily.

Or just report him through game client of Riot Support & don't be an attention seeker by posting his name on Boards as if you hadn't had enough.
