#DESCRIPTION» ≈ Background: Jin's mother was poisoned by a demon. Special monks couldn't save her unless they transferred half the poison to the unborn child. The child is Jin's older brother Karrek. Some time in the future, Jin is born, but the remaining poison in the mother caused Jin to be born with demon blood and the mother dying during childbirth, but unlike his older brother, Jin still retains the human-image. Jin gets a hold of a special soul-devouring sword at the cost of his own life energy that is constantly being fed to the weapon when unsheathed. When sheathed, the feeding is brought to a minimum so Jin tries to keep the sword sheathed as much as possible. Jin plans on using this sword to protect his older brother and keep he and himself from losing control of their own demon blood, but more-so his brother from losing his humanity.

Appearance Outline: Jin wears mostly cloth clothing with very little to none armor. He wears a plain robe and a simple hat. He looks like he wanders from town to town, but when in a fight, is strategic, quick, yet merciful and elegant. His overall appearance is scruffy, traditional, out-dated, but wise and skillful. Jin's sleeve on his left arm is ragged and torn, almost burnt, because of the aura that emanates from his weapon. Dangling from the sheath are broken chains that bind the sheath to Jin's left arm. Jin's hat is wide and mostly shadows Jin. Jin's hat has 2 long strings that hang from inside the hat.

Weapon Outline: A mostly sheathed katana at his left side that emanates a dark, purple aura. The katana is positioned with a slight curve facing upward (think traditional Japanese katana). When the katana is unsheathed, it is surrounded by a demonic aura that looks like the head of a demon dog at the tip with the body warped down to the handle (shape of the aura roughly resembles the same shape as trundle's weapon). This aura has already tainted his left arm which he uses to hold his sheath at all times. The katana's blade itself is very old and rugged but sturdy. It is much longer than expected of a one-handed katana. On both sides of the sheath is a "Fury gauge" that is bright red and glows (this gauge represents his amount of Fury) that starts from near the tip to the entrance of the sheath.

Sounds like the story from tekken, if I'm not wrong. Even the name of the guy is the same.

reminds me of yasuo but totally sounds broken.

so at lvl 1 he starts with 0 fury. so he cant use any abilities at all unless he starts autoattacking first. makes his lvl 1 really really weak, at a point that if any invades happen its a 4 v 5.

his W passive sounds really broken. he could basically have like 300 AD but also 300 AP if he farms.

sorry but the champion concept is cool and the idea that his blade steals his own life is also cool, just wish ud change his skills a bit. sounds really OP

I like the art but the champion is totally redundant.

It should be a skin for Yasuo. But a new champ? No, thank you.

passive : every attack or ability grants you a 2.5% AS bonus (doubled when an ability is used for 2 seconds) What is Max fury? Is it 100like everyone else? if so max fury stack would grant 50% AS bonus. It sounds overpowered but it gets balanced out by using fury to cast abilities.

Q: A stronger version of two of Varus's abilities. A shortened version of his Q that deals more damage early and weakens in the late game, while applying a stronger version of Varus's W passive, plus a small heal. This ability seems to have a strong impact on early game, with a fairly high cost of fury if you don't hit anything. It makes me feel like it is a strong ability that gets balanced out by its cost effectively. plus you'd need to attack 6 times before you can cast it

W: This passive feels like it belongs to thresh. It grants AP per kill(no AR) with no having to go gather the soul. Plus the amount of AP it grants is quite high. It's also guaranteed on kill. a toggle on/off for range or melee, The lifesteal on a champ that has a AS passive makes me feel like its AAtrox. Also generates bonus fury per attack. this ability raises a concern i have that will be dealt with in the notes.

E: An interesting ability, i don't like it. First off it uses 20 fury per second, so max 5 seconds. Secondly cant attack, you become extremely vulnerable to everything while moving. Movement buff, no one can outrun you with the percent buff given. Duration, does the energy release at 0 fury? Damage 1.5%x100=150% damage, plus a fear so they cant fight back in a 1100 range at max... NO one will be able to dodge this ability. there is only one counter to this and it is a stun, even then, by the time you are in stun range they are in hit range and you are so fast that you will catch up to them (unless Morgana somehow stunned you) Plus your fear will break any and all channeled abilities so it would counter any channeling champion.

R: when you say available at level 1 do you mean like Udyr, where you can put a point in it at level 1 or like karma where its there from the start? plus i feel that it is an ability unto itself and should not be available at level one. It should be like any other ult especially since it deals bonus true damage based on the soul captured from the W. It sounds to me like each second they get the bonus true damage, so late game if you have 200 soul stored that is 800 true damage, i may be mistaken but it sill needs to be reworked in my opinion.

Notes, I dont really understand how he is a ranged champion who uses a sword to fight. If its a sword then it must hit every target it passes through, even if its a demonic sword with an aura. It would still have to pass through targets in that range. his W passive really sounds like its useless on him in the end. Change his ult into a real ult, and remove that passive w effect. while it all sounds cool i dont feel this champion would see much, if any, play.

Too edgy for me, we already have Aatrox

Bringing this concept back. Made many changes to the abilities and passive addressing and fixing issues that were mentioned. Heavily simplified as well and included a bit more detail to the abilities. Adjusted costs, damages, and removed most AP ratios. W passive changed from gaining AP to gaining LF (life force) as well as removing the LF damage bonus to abilities and the LF cap (used to be 100% of AD).

Update: Changed E. E can only be cast at 100 Fury. W health per second cost increased. Added melee form Q ability. Added attack animation description. Added Attack/Defense/Ability/Difficulty representations. Reduced AA range from 525 to 450 and matched it to W (so W will still make you 150 melee range).
