Lore: Flector is a yordle scientist from Zaun. He has made two inventions, he has worked primarily on Hex technology. He didn't think Zaun was strange, as he was born and raised there. As he grew up, he heard of rumors of Zaun corruption, and the horrible things being done. He didn't know whether or not to believe it, but he does now. He was developing what would be called, the Person Adaptive Glove. It was meant to be a glove used in Hex tech for weapons and tools, that could be worn by people of different hand sizes, and even yordles. It took him years to make at the time, with what little technology and understanding Zaun had at the time. He was going to present it at the Zaun Invention Convention. One night after refining the invention, Zaun troops barged in and held him down. They confiscated everything, all of his tools, all of his research, and left him with nothing. Another scientist showed off the Person Adaptive Glove, taking credit for Flectors work. But that wasn't all, the function for the glove to be worn by yordles was taken away. Humans didn't trust yordles? He thought. Flector then started thinking, then he started listening. He heard the outcries against Zauns government, and leaders. He heard their reason, and what Zaun was letting exist. Flector got to work, Why should we be thrown around? Why do they do this, don't they know they will lose our support? Flector was making a powerful weapon, one that he hoped would change the minds of the leaders of Zaun. Lets see how they like it...... By the next convention, Flector searched for other scientists, and learned who lost everything, and who would lie. Flector came on the platform, in robes. He waited to hear them speak, and laugh at Flector, the ones calling him a lying, lazy, joke because of last year when he had made promises of his Person Adaptive Glove. They said he had nothing to present and asked that he be taken off the stage. Flector then took the robe off, and revealed the powerful, and most certainly illegal, behemoth. The guards attempted to seize him, but Flector swiftly slapped them off the platform. Flector then played as Robin Hood, and fired beams upon the thieves, they tried to run, but it was too late as Flector charged them down, beating them into submission, asking them to tell the truth. Tell them who actually made what you presented! Tell them your a pathetic liar! When reinforcements came, Flector unleashed the best of this mighty gauntlet. The knuckles came off, revealing they were blades. They then hovered over, and beamed down bouncing the thieves back and forth. And before Flector left, he said: Don't expect to be able to toss others around without getting yourself tossed as well. He took the spot for not only best inventor of the year, but best inventor in all of Zaun. Zac is a good friend of Flectors, since Zac was an inspired invention of Flectors Gauntlet.

Why he would be fun: Flectors Gauntlet has the unique ability to bounce things around. His role is AD mana bruiser, going top lane. In the early game, he would be focused on his enemy, and finding the right moment to counter initiate, and usually playing on the safer side. He has low to moderate cooldowns, somewhere between Jayce and Riven. Late game, he is favored in the team fights, being able to bounce enemies around and bursting down separated targets. A really cool thing he can do is use Palm Beam to bounce an enemy back into a beam for a third time from Knuckle Blades. He can work very well with teammates that have displacement abilities such as Zac or Vi. Flector is unique from other champions because he has more risks that make the player think. Do you want to preserve your mana to sustain the lane? Do you risk last hitting and safety to use Corkscrew Missile Punch on an incoming melee carry? While lacking in mobility and early to mid game sustain, Flector can make up for it with his high mixed damage, and crowd control.

Jokes and references: Corkscrew Missile Punch leaves the Riot logo where it lands for a short time period. Joke 1: I can make things pretty bouncy, its better that way... Wait- don't get that kinda idea. Joke 2: When the police fired at me, the beam reflected the bullets, hitting them... And that's why they call me Mr. Re-Flector! When Zac is nearby, Flector says: Don't get the wrong idea Zac! I just don't want to bounce.

Pictures of Flector and Ability Icons I'm going to draw some art work of these tomorrow. I was too busy today, had to help someone out. If anyone wants to post they're own art of how you think he should look, you can down in the comments so that I post it here and give you credit! ----------------------------------------------------> <------------------------------------------------------------------

Stats: Health: 550 (+90 per level) Mana: 305 (+52 per level) Attack damage: 57 (+3 per level) Attack speed: 0.672 (+2.7% per level) Movement speed: 340 Health regen: 7.6 (+1 per level) Mana regen: 8 (+ 0.5 per level) Armor: 26.5 (+ 3.3 per level) Magic resist: 32.1 (+ 1.25 per level)

Abilities Mana Chip: While Flector has more than 50% of his maximum mana, his basic attacks and single target abilities on-hit deal 5% (+ 1% per 250 maximum mana) of targets maximum health as magic damage. You also recover health equal to 15% of current mana every 10th second. Corkscrew Missile Punch: Flector ejects his Gauntlet, which then blasts itself like a missile to the target location, without it he cannot basic attack or cast spells. It deals 100/120/145/175/210 (+80% of bonus attack damage) physical damage in the area, while slowing all enemies hit by 60% for 2 seconds. Enemies in the inner circle take 50% increased damage and are stunned for the first half of the slow duration. The Gauntlet remains there for 5 seconds before blinking back to Flectors hand, or until Flector collects it. Cost: 65 mana Cooldown: 8 Power Absorption: His Gauntlet begins charging its power over 1 second. Once charged, Flector gains 50% increased movement speed for 4 seconds or until he basic attacks. His Gauntlet also obtains stacks of Absorbed magic, capped at 2; A stack is gained every time an enemy casts an ability within 600 units. On your next basic attack within this duration, the ability duration ends and all stacks of Absorbed magic are consumed, dealing 70/90/110/135/160 (+40% of total attack damage) + 30/35/40/45/50(+10% of total attack damage) per stack of Absorbed magic. All effects given by this ability are lost when casting Corkscrew Punch Missile. Cost: 60/70/80/90/100 mana Cooldown: 9/7.5/6/4.5/3 Palm Beam: Fires a very narrow beam to the target, dealing 40/60/80/100/120 (+20% of ability power) magic damage applying Homing Field to them. Enemies within 100 units of the beam have Homing Field applied to them and are knocked away 50/100/150/200/250 units. Homing Field is a debuff which lasts for 3 seconds. While under the effects the enemy can be hit by Flectors attacks and abilities from an additional 100 units away. Disclaimer: This does not make targets able to be hit by both damage areas from Corkscrew Missile Punch, but if the Homing Field is within the inner circle they will take the inner circle effects instead of the outer circle effects. Cost: 110 mana Cooldown: 13/12/11/10/9 Knuckle Blades of Doom: Blinks the 3 Knuckle Blades to the target area with a delay. This area forms a triangle, with an edge facing where you stand upon casting. The blades remain there for 5 seconds, and for the first 2 seconds they fire powerful beams into the earth. Enemies that touch these beams are dealt 70/130/190 magic damage and are knocked away several hundred units while being stunned for 1 second. Every following time an enemy hits a beam after the first, they receive 40% less damage and knock back effect down to a minimum of 15%. Every time they hit a beam the stun duration is refreshed. Hitting 3 would mean a stun duration around 2 seconds. If Flector gets in the center area between the Knuckle Blades, they stop beaming and revolve around each other with the duration refreshed. This ability can be cast again with the same delay to slice enemies within an area between 400 to 550 units away from Flector, dealing 100/150/200 (+100% of bonus attack damage) physical damage. Think of Darius's ability Decimate dealing bonus damage on the outer edge, without the inner damage. Cost: 100 mana Cooldown: 90 Final thoughts: I wanted to see if I could make a good champion, I want to know what everyone thinks, I think he would be a really fun champion to play, not to mention hes pretty unique compared to the newer releases of champions.
