Debonair Bard

I'm no artist, but this is an obvious legendary skin for our wandering troll Bard. Debonair Bard would not be in white like his fellows sharing the skin but a black suit and sunglasses similar to the Gentlemen: because haters gonna hate.

As for his animations and weapon, I'm not sure how many of us are old enough now to recognize Trigger Happy TV anymore, but it was an open world sketch comedy show featuring this very funny bit: > https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vGHc29CjDsI

As for the Animations the chimes can become batteries (like charging his cell phone) Meeps can appear as little signal bars, or lightning bolts with legs. Sound animation upon picking aa'ing would be one part of that classic cell ringtone Upon using his Q bard shouts "HELLO" (or could emote using pitches without english because he speaks in a 12 note scale, at least the audible range perceived by players) Should his Q proc a stun players would hear "CAN YOU HEAR ME?" W would play a sound similar to an answering the phone beep E bard shouts "YOURE BREAKING UP HANG ON", again could be tonal shouts to the same cadence as if spoken (shouted) by a human in english. His ultimate ability would play the full ringtone globally.

Someone please animate this and help spur Rito to make this reality.
