After they murdered Akali since 5.2, atleast they should of have the decency to test their changes but nope they didn't. The 5.9 changes that added the strikethrough on her ult hurt her way more than it helped her because of rito's poor testing and left Akali worse off. No real Akali main asked for this change, the old dash was fine even after the range nerf from 800 -> 700, and players who say otherwise that thinks the strikethrough is any good obviously isn't a hardcore Akali player and don't know what the heck they are talking about.

She's broken in the sense that she feels clunky and doesn't really work anymore. She can still function and actually does well in the right hands, but her playstyle right now is far from smooth. Not to mention her stealth shroud can be reduced to a speed/slow field for just a 75 gold investment.
