[Champion Concept] Frank, the Pugilist/Grappler

Lore: Frank was a former Ionian who joined Noxus when they invaded. He agrees with their values (strength, in all forms) and serves faithfully as one of the leading forces assaulting Ionia.

Passive: Healthy Vigor- Frank has +1 movement speed and 1% attack speed for every 4 points of Energy.

Frank dashes in a target direction. If he hits an enemy champion before reaching the end of his dash, he grabs them (dealing 70/90/110/130/150 (+20% AD) physical damage) and the dash is extended, carrying them along with him and putting this ability on cooldown. If he does not hit an enemy champion, for a short time (1 second) he can trigger this ability again (costing 20 energy) to make Frank leap in a target direction and Grapple with whoever he lands on (prioritizing the closest champion) for one second, dealing 50/70/90/110/130 (+20% AD) physical damage.
::NOTE:: Grapple means that both Frank and the target are rooted, with the target within Frank's attack range. Grapples can be broken by having Frank walk away, the enemy using a blink or dash, or Frank getting hit by hard CC.

For the next few seconds, Frank's next three consecutive basic attacks will ground, slow, and stun an enemy for one second each.
Passive: After attacking 4 times, Frank's next basic attack will Grapple the enemy for 1 second, dealing 30/35/40/45/50 bonus physical damage (+30% AD) and restoring 30 energy. This passive is not active while Pressure Points is on cooldown.
E: Reverse Hold- Cost: 60 Energy Cooldown: 16/15/14/13/12 Range: Melee
Frank breaks free from all soft Crowd Control effects (so Blinds, Disarms, Grounding, Nearsight, Roots/Snares, Silences, and Slows) and has no unit collision for 2/3/4/5/6 seconds. During that time, Frank's next basic attack against an enemy champion will deal 20/30/40/50/60 bonus physical damage (+30% AD) and will apply the CC effects removed onto them, lasting 1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2 seconds.

Frank grabs an enemy unit, spins them around 2/3/4 times, dealing 50/60/70 (+20% AD) physical damage per spin to the target and to nearby enemies, slowing them by 40/60/80% for 1 second, and then throws the target unit in a tangent (200 units away, +200 per complete spin), dealing 100/140/180 (+20% AD) physical damage to the first enemy hit. The target unit is stunned for 1 second and takes 100/140/180 (+30% AD) if they strike a wall or an enemy unit. If they don't hit anything, then they are slowed (40%) for 4/5/6 seconds.
