Hat Thief Lulu & Stolen Hat Veigar

So essentially, it's Lulu with Veigar's hat and Veigar without a hat. However, there's some special scripts around these two skins: When fighting against each other, if Veigar gets a kill or assist on Lulu, he gets his hat back. If this happens, Lulu can get a kill or assist on Veigar to steal back the hat. You could also have Veigar taking the hat if an allied Lulu dies nearby, or vice versa if Lulu has the hat.

There could also be bits of banter between them: "My hat! Give it back to me, and I will make your death quick and painless!" "You'll have to catch me first!" [slayer-jinx-catface] "Ahahahahaahaha!"

"Oooh, hey! Can I borrow your hat? I.... lost mine..." "I WILL DESTROY YOU FOR EVEN THINKING ABOUT TAKING MY HAT!"

Upon killing or assisting on Lulu "This is what happens to those who steal from me!"
