A champion I've thought of

So here's another champion I've thought of so we're heading from the bleak streets of Zaun to the Chinese inspired city of Ionia if you haven't yet read about my other champion the link above will take you too him now let's go on also we'll still be using the rules of last time as in i'll be using the old lore. There will be one more champion i'm doing who will be in my 2nd favorite city 2nd too Ionia, Piltover so keep an eye out for that. 1 more thing like I said last time if there are any other champion Ideas you have link me too them I would love to read them, now let's do this

Design: she is a puppet with a smiling mask and a fox tale and fox-like features, her illusionist set her clothes are blue and she has a gray hood, her assassins set is navy blue with a black cloak and hood, her trickster set clothes are a combination of red, gray, and yellow with a jester cloak. She has knives on a belt on each set. Her splash art is her standing on the railing on a castle, she is hidden the dark first and every once in a while a lightning flash happens revealing her. Animation: Idle animation is her flipping her knives around

Tia Lin "The Playful Kitsune" Primary Role: Assassin

There was a puppet maker named Gudu Lin while he was good at his job and was able to live well he was very lonely as his wife had died 2 years ago and he had no child eventually he decided to work on making a puppet that could function on it's own after meeting up with an old friend who knew a man at the institute of war who could bring the puppet he was working on to life. after that he worked as fast as he could to bring this lifelong dream to life, this puppet he designed similar to a kitsune with a fox mask, fox ears and 3 fox tales with different colors to them, one normal, one black, and one white. He gave the puppet long black hair, dull white skin, and finally it gave it a blue komono. now the only thing was to bring it too life however Gudu was warned that it would act as any normal human would and it would not act on orders. When the creature was finished Tia Lin got her first look at the world and her "creator" as she called him. Now that she had the capacity to be a human she did what any normal human would however she had one thing she felt was missing that she couldn't figure out. Eventually when she was watching her creator make a puppet mask she found out what she was looking for, a purpose in life, helping her creator out was fine but that didn't feel like her purpose so she began trying out various things to find her purpose. Eventually she found out she had a knack for knife fighting and crossbow shooting so she began training. However even after that she felt that she hasn't found her purpose she joined the league to help find her purpose.

P- A Purpose Upon death will heal nearby (within 750 units) allies by 15% of their missing health and 20% of their max health, this can over heal for a shield (like blood thirster) that lasts 10 seconds

There will be 3 free consumables that will be purchasable at the shop, but can only use one at a time; The Illusionist's Hood, The Assassins Cloak, and The Trickster's Cape. Each consumable will provide new abilities. At the start of the game will be under the effects of The Illusionist’s Hood until next consumable is used.

llusionist Set (When to Use: To poke or scout ahead or start a fight; use especially in lane) -

Q- Copy (6 sec CD) (50 mana) Passive: Dying while this ability is active will cause Tia to turn invisible for 4 seconds while gaining 5%/10%/15%/20%/25% of her max health during that time Active: Will turn into target (within 2,000 units) non-enemy champion unit (including large/epic monsters) (enemy champions will not see Tia’s HUD bar and see Tia as that unit Tia copied). Your basic attacks will deal 100% of unit copied’s AD. Reactivating or casting other spells will cancel

W- Illusionist’s Dance (12 sec CD) (80/85/90/95/100 mana) Active: Will dash toward cursor (400 units) (1,000 UPS speed) while a clone of Tia will dash toward the opposite direction, both Tia and the copy will deal 60/80/100/120/140 (+100% of AD) physical damage to the two nearest (within 300 units) enemies of both destinations. Reactivating within 2 seconds will switch places with clone

E- Warping Dagger (8 sec CD) (60/65/70/75/80 mana) Active: Will throw a dagger towards cursor (25x25) (1,200 range) (1,800 UPS speed) dealing 100/125/150/175/200 (+100% of AD) physical damage and will teleport the dagger and throw it 0.5 second later and if that dagger lands on same enemy will refund CD and cost (second dagger deals 50% less damage)

R- Ignorance (45 sec CD) (100 mana) Active: Target enemy champion will have their ability positioning scrambled randomly for 4/8/12 seconds

Assassin’s Set (When to Use: Use for jungling, this is good for ganking and counter jungling; or be the damage carry)

Q- Warp Bomb (8 sec CD) (60/80/100/120/140 mana) Active: Tia will disappear in an explosion and then reappear at cursor (within 550 units) with another explosion dealing 50/100/150/200/250 (+80% of AD) physical damage to enemies near each explosion (300 units)

W: Perch (5 sec CD) (60 mana) Active: Tia will jump on target ally (within 550 units) (2,000 UPS speed) and go invisible she can stand on them for 5 seconds. When she jumps on an enemy she deals 25/50/75/100/125 (+60% of AD) physical damage and will jump off behind enemy (300 units) (1,500 UPS speed)

E- Kitsune’s Bolts (8 sec CD) (100 mana) Active: Will fire 2 bolts from shoulders that will aim towards cursor (50x50) (800 range) (800 UPS speed) dealing 100/150/200/250/300 (+100% of AD) physical damage each if both bolts have hit the same enemy will stun enemy for 2 seconds

R- Fatal Stab (50 sec CD) (No Cost) Passive: Killing an enemy champion with Fatal Stab will refund all CDs and costs Active: Tia will warp to target enemy champion dealing 150/250/350 (+100% of AD)

Trickster Abilities (When to Use: Protect the team, disable enemy carry, tank damage)

Q- Manipulate (7 sec CD) (80 mana) Active: Target enemy champion will be taunted for 2 seconds dealing 10%/15%/20%/25% less damage to you during that time

W- Shifting Image (22/20/18/16/14 sec CD) (100 mana) Active: Tia will dash towards cursor (in an afterimage way) (275 range) (300 UPS speed) she can do it up to 3 times within 15 seconds

E- Pulled Strings (1 sec CD) (10 mana) Active: Target enemy (within 600 units) will turn around 180 degrees within 0.5 second and will deal 6%/8%/10%/12%/14% less damage for 4 seconds, any paths they were walking they are cancelled and begin walking in that direction. (can stack up to 4 times)

R- A Stroke of Luck Passive: There is a 20%/40%/60% that the killing blow that would kill you will miss

Being Picked: "You pull the strings summoner, how shall we play this game?"

Moving: "Let's go!" "OK here we go!" "I sure walk a lot." "Going." "I know!"

Attacking: "Let's play!" "Don't run, I just wanna play." "You're it!" "I know!" "Better start running!"

Laugh: Tia will hold her stomach and begin laughing hysterically after a few seconds she'll sit down and continue laughing.

Taunt: Tia will jump around then hold her hands out in the form you do when kids do animal growls "Can't catch me. can't catch me, Rawr!"

Joke: Tia will pull out a ball and start batting it around. "Let's play catch!"

Death: Tia will break apart with all her pieces flying back.

Recall: Tia will do flip then after a few seconds jump up and teleport back to base

Freinds: Ahri, XinZhao, Irelia

Rivals: Irelia, Draven

Special interactions:

Ahri Joke: "So pretty, too bad i'm a puppet." "Wanna pull my strings?" "Nine tails? where did all the other 8 come from?" "All foxes lie, all foxes hide, and all foxes will cheat too win."

Taunt: "It's time to run foxy." "It doesn't have to be this way!" "C'mon this isn't a fun game." "But I thought we were friends."

Irelia
Joke: "C'mon I just wanna play, why're you so grumpy." "For Isenga- I mean Ionia!" "That's a lot of swords you got there, any of them got a sheath to go with them?"

Taunt: "LOOK OUT IT'S GENERAL GREAVOUS er I mean CAPTAIN IRELIA!" "Why so serioussss?" "Why do you get like 10 blades while I get only 2 knives and 2 crossbows on my shoulders?"

Hello, it's me.

Anyways, my first thought is that too many warps haha. Second, each differ set of abilities should not be too similar. I assume you made this so that the champion can adapt to several situations similar to the other champion I commented on. I will analyze each ability of each set and rate the set based on uniqueness, balance, kit synergy, and team synergy. But before I would like to talk about the passive first.

Her passive is basically a LeBlanc passive except you actually regain health. The problem with this is that there are many things that can counter this (ex: Rengo ulti, vision ward, upgraded sweeper, Twisted Fate ulti, red smite, ignite, Jhin E, CC, etc). At least for LeBlanc you have to guess which one is the right one. Also, this champion can warp and turn invisible so many times, it is like urf Shaco. Also, you forgot to include cool downs and costs...



OKAY SHALL WE BEGIN?

Illusionist-

Q: Minor Illusion Zed shadow .-. and also the damage is pretty useless, more useless that the damage Caitlyn's traps used to do. The damage is pretty low early and late game it will only make rubber ducky sounds... base damages range from 150-300 late game on basic abilities (unless the ability is on a 0.5 CD); increase ratios, this champion is obviously supposed to go AD and if you just bump up the base damage then this champion can just build tank and be Garen. Also the damage will not even be able to damage anybody, 100 units may seem a lot but trust me, it is very very little range. Teemo's size is 125x125 units... the enemy has to be less than a Teemo size from the illusion in order for it to deal its little damage. Also I can see problems with this, make an illusion of a random champion... think about it (someone flashes because they think it is the enemy, etc).

W: Warping Dagger Rumble E... First, I would just say what I said earlier, damage needs a boost. What I do not understand is the reason behind the fake dagger. What will it do to help the second dagger? And do they shoot at the same time or you reactivate. You can include like a neat affect for the first dagger hit if you want to, here are some examples:

-If dagger hits an enemy will allow second dagger to penetrate through that enemy (if it is not a point click ability) -If dagger hits an enemy will allow second dagger to deal more damage and/or penetrate through armor -First dagger will apply the slow/grievous wound and second will deal damage -First dagger will gain you movement speed and second will do its thing

Depends on what you want, does not have to have an effect.

E: Terrocard (do you mean tarot card?) This ability is confusing because it is not clear... I assume you throw this card at the enemy champion and it will give your target a negative affect such as slow, stun, grievous wounds, etc, additionally dealing physical damage AND And and change the enemy champion's portrait to confuse everybody or is this just shown for the enemy?

R: Disable This maybe a great ultimate. I must compliment you, this fits perfectly for the illusion side of this champion and is clearly very unique. However, this ability is far to OP, it would be best to make it single target instead of global. And add a time limit to it (I noticed you did not include the level up scaling for the R, maybe the time limit can be increased for each point put into the ultimate; only 3, remember).


Conclusion for Illusionist: Q- 0/4 Reason: It is not unique, it deals no damage, does not synergies with other abilities, and does not synergies with team.

W- 1.5/4 Reason: Partially unique, no damage, does not synergies with other abilities, but can help team take out those healers because of the grievous wounds (Swain, Vlad, Raka)

E- 1/4 Reason: It is unique but not in a good way (kind of awkward ability), does no damage, does not synergies with other abilities, but can potentially help the team with the status affect but again this ability is awkward...

R- 2/4 Reason: It is very unique in a good way, but not balanced due to the fact that it is global and no time limit, does not synergies with other abilities, but can help the team win a fight because the enemies will try to figure out which abilities switched (nerf this please to single target xD)

Score- 1.12/4 This kit needs some work. Keep the R though, love it <3



MOVING ON…

Assassin Set-

Q: Warp Bomb This ability deals no damage… that is basically all I have to say. It is partially unique, this ability is basically a free flash and ripping off Kass if you put this on a low CD/Cost…

W: Perch Unique and again, no damage. This ability is fine, just bump up the base damage and possibly the AD scaling, as well as the majority of this champions abilities in every kit. This kit is supposed to be an assassin, you cannot assassinate with rubber ducky damage. Also you only included 4 level ups for this ability instead of 5… yeah I saw that…

E: Fire Bolts Unique and another again, no damage. No other comment on this ability…

R: Fatal Stab Partially unique, Darius can do this… the damage is pretty low, the AD scaling is fine I guess but I suggest bumping the base damage to 150/250/350


Conclusion for Assassin: Q- 2.5/4 Reason: Partially unique, not balanced (unless CD or Cost is high) and also deals no damage, but can synergies with abilities and synergies with team.

W- 3/4 Reason: It is unique, but deals no damage, but synergizes with the abilities as well as the team.

E- 3/4 Reason: Same as above

R- 3/4 Reason: Partially unique and damage is partially there so that equals 1 point and the rest, well, same thing I have been saying about synergy.

Score- 2.87/4 This kit can well synergies with team and the abilities the kit has. Combo example: E stun, W jump, Q in place so it deals double damage, then R Just bump up the damage a bit…



FINALLY THE LAST KIT, I HAVE BEEN AT THIS FOR HOURS…

Trickster Set-

Q: Levin Warp Not unique, Talon, Akali, Katarina, they all do basically the same thing as this ability. And no damage as usual.

W: Shifting Image Partially unique (Ahri ulti), I like the idea. But no upgrade scaling… and this should have a relatively long CD

E: Ricashaying Shiv (you mean ricocheting, haha) Katarina has this ability, not exact but you know… not unique. AAAAAAND no damage

R: Stroke of Luck No upgrade scaling, but unique I guess.


Conclusion for Trickster: Q- 0/4 Reason: By now you could probably guess why.

W- 3.5/4 Reason: Partially unique, balanced if CD is long and dash is not a long distance, can synergies with abilities… these are the kind of abilities that only help you so going to give free point for team synergy.

E- 1.5/4 Reason: Not unique, no damage, but can help poke (this counts for both ability and team synergy).

R- 4/4 Reason: It is unique as far as I know, balanced because it is a chance not definite, it works well with being a trickster and all as well as going well with W, can work with team as an agro taker

Score- 2.25 I suggest making this more of a tanky kit, Illusionist and Trickster are similar...

OVERALL CHAMPION SCORE- 2.08/4

You do not have to match my suggestion, this is just my idea of how this champion can work. Illusionist is if you are laning, and if so you would be a lane bully. Assassin is for jungling, great for ganks and out trading most enemy junglers; this can be used throughout the whole game if you are the carry. Trickster is to take in damage like a tank would, if you are not really the fed one you could fall back on this to protect your team's carry.

I typed out a pretty long and detailed comment, but when I reread it i noticed I was pretty much repeating myself over and over again. So for this concept I will just summarize my thoughts on all the abilities.

First off i want to say the visual design of the champion is not good, you should not add another fox champion, its part of what makes Ahri unique and its just not a good idea to have 2 very similar looking champions. Second there is just too much going on with this champion, too many abilities, too many things to remember. You have to remember not only does this champion need to be playable, it also needs to be playable against. Having said that, most of her abilities are copies of other champions abilities and most of them do the same thing. She is far too mobile and can go invisible multiple times in different ways. Overall I think this champion is needlessly complicated and not original enough.

My recommendation is remove the multiple ability sets, its too complicated and they aren't that different anyways, and focus on one set. When designing the champion think to yourself "how would someone play against her?" that way you create a well designed kit while at the same time giving it counter-play.

having 3 champs in 1 is kinda weird and unique. I personally think the kit is way overloaded so i'll be tackling all of the forms as separate champs. 1 Q Really fun and cool just thinking of seeing the giant baron sitting in mid lane. W Kinda like MonkeyKing dash right? not sure on numbers though E ok does he teleport to where the dagger is or a set distance? R Hilarious and nicely thematic i like this part as a trickster but seems to not know what it wants it's role to be. 2 Q hi leblanc W nice new idea E if it's going to be a stun remove the pass through. R hi kat. don't like this one as much except for perch. 3 Q too low of a cooldown for a point and click cc. W ahri ult as a basic ability no thanks E yeah no way too strong R Fun but rito doesn't like random chance except for crit.

Awesome design, I think it sounds like a really fun champion that I definitely would want to main! Her abilities are so fun and unique and just overall a lot of personality!
