(Champion Concept) Vagarth The Deadly Necromancer

Lore: In life Vagarth was a great warrior and comander. In death his thirst for battle and glory made his spirit come back in an undead rotting body comanding a horde of skeletal minions, overwhelming his foes with his deadly spirit magic.
Abilities: Passive Soul and Bone: Vagarth has an aura that makes dead minions leave behind skeletal remains that last for 10 seconds and can be used by the necromancer's abilities or be picked up and stored(30 max skeletal remains). Also when a minion dies or is killed by Vagarth its soul separes from its body and is stored by him(50 max souls). For each stolen soul Vagarth heals for an X ammount (between 10 and 30 hp based on champion level).(Monster does not leave skeletal remains but grant souls, large monster grant 3 souls.)(Champion kills grant 3 souls and assists grant 1 soul.)
Q Soul Projectile:(Costs 3 souls and 1 skeletal remain) Vagarth fires a projectile of soul energy and bones. If the soul projectile comes in contact with one or more skeletal remains left on the ground it raises a Skeletal minion (a Skeletal minion is equal in strenght to a normal melee minion). If the soul projectile hits a skeletal remain and then hits an enemy champion, the champion receives X ammount of magic damage and is slowed. If the soul projectile hits two or more skeletal remains before it hits an enemy champions the champion receives X ammount of magic damage and is stunned. (Soul projectile goes through minions and only damages champions.)(Can have maximum of 10 skeletal minions.)
W Sould Energy Wave:(Costs 3 souls 2 skeletal remains) Vagarth releases a wave of soul energy and bones in a cone infront of him that deals X amount of magic damage.
E Skeletal Wards. (Costs 1 soul and 1 skeletal remain) Places a skeletal ward that acts as a normal ward on the map. Skeletal wards last shorter then a normal ward count so Vagarth can't have more than 5 at the same time. Also if Q Sould projectile passes through a skeletal ward or two skeletal wards it's as if it passes through a skeletal remain and the bonus effects are aplied. If Vagarth stands 5 seconds on a skeletal ward he will retrieve the ward in the form of 1 soul and 1 skeletal remain that he spent on it in the first place.
R Super Skeletal Minion: (Cost 10 souls and 10 skeletal reamins) Summons a super skeletal minion with a blast of soul energy and bones (kind of like an Annie ultimate). Enemies within the blast zone take X amount of magic damage. A super skeletal minion if controlled by holding alt and has an aura that reduces damage taken by friendly minions and champions by 10 %.
Champion description and Gameplay tips: Vagarth can be played anywhere but jungle and adc. As a support you dont need
thanks to E Skeletal Wards. In lane try to aim Q Soul Projectile through skeletal reamins or wards to get the bonus effects and slow or stun your enemies. Your combo is stun with Q then blast with W and then use your ultimate R on your opponents. Try to gather as much souls and skeletal remains before you roam. Vagarth is a strong pusher so you will need to ward the brushes too to avoid being camped.
