(Champion Concept) Fabius The Combiner of Energies
**Lore: **Of all the mysteries in the world, energy was one of the few unknowns that many believes remains far out of reach. To some, the task would always be impossible to understand; to others, it was just a challenge to be met. The power of harnessing energy had been created in many different forms, and very in their use depending on the owner. For Fabius, energy was a lifeline. He spent many of his days studying; out in the forests, high in the mountains, strolling across the fields. When he wasn't doing so, he was thinking of his wife; the way she walked, the way she spoke, the things they always wanted to do together. Seeing Ionia was one thing she always wanted to do, more than anything, right up until her last moments.
So the long trip began to Ionia, taking weeks upon weeks. Fabius used this time to study all the different forms of energy he could find on his trip; in the soil, in the trees, in the light, in the water. However, no matter the depth of his study, she could not be lost from his mind. Ionia did not disappoint Fabius, and he was sure his wife would not be disappointed either. The beautiful city, although still scarred from the war between Noxus, was beautiful in every way. Losing himself in the magnificence of the place, he began to wander and very soon lost his way.
Finding himself amongst the trees, he found a curious man mediating on a stone in the river. Both young and old in stature, it was hard to determine his age or why he was in the middle of the river. The man, without opening his eyes, beckoned Fabius over and gestured for him to sit on the bank in front of him. Seeing the strange man as harmless, Fabius did as he asked and sat on the bank. After the longest time, and after no conversation between the two, Fabius' eyes closed-
-And that's when he found it. The key to unlocking unlimited energy. It was never within the water, or the earth, or the light - it was within oneself! The final layer of energy left to master was the energy within oneself. The longer he meditated, the more he felt his mind clear and the more sense everything made. Opening his eyes, he saw that the man had disappeared from the boulder, leaving him alone in the clearing. Fabius rose and wandered off, now with a clear purpose in mind: To teach others how to control their own energy. As he walked, he realized something: His wife, although not forgotten, was no longer a plague on his mind. It was as if her energy had finally been put to rest, so he could continue on to accomplish his goal in the world. (lore by LAStorm)
Champion description: Fabius is a tank support who uses mana to power his abilities. He is a melee basic attacker. He uses his knowledge of the different powers in the universe to strengthen and heal himself and his allies and weaken and disable his enemies.
Abilities: As you read look at the picture in the bottom to beter imagine his abilities. Passive: You basic attack have different effects cause by the magical gems Fabius is using. Every 10 seconds a random effect will occur with your next basic attack.
Possible effects:
Light effect: You will blind your target for 1 second Magic effect: You gain a small shield for 2 seconds that blocks both magic and physical damage. After it is destroyed or if it times out it will burst dealing a small amount of magic damage. Nature effect: You regenerate a small amount of health. Power effect: You reduce your targets magic resistance and armour by an X amount for 3 seconds.
Q Blazing Light : Fabius dashes foreward. At the end of his dash a light energy explodes from his body blinding and silencing all nearby enemy champions for X seconds also dealing magic damage in an area of effect(grows with ability power and leveling of the skill). Targets hit by the blast of light have residual light left in their bodies making them more vulnerable to Fabius's and his allies's basic attacks which deal additional magic damage on hit (grows with ability power and leveling of the skill) for 5 seconds.
W Might of Magic: Fabius summons a magic power that shields all nearby friendly champions and Fabius himself for and X amount(shield blocks both magic and physical damage).After 6 seconds or if the shiled is destroyed it explodes dealing magic damage to enemies around it. Shiled lasts for 6 seconds. Shield grows with ability power and with leveling the skill.
E Strength of Nature: Fabius summons the powers of nature, healing nearby friendly champions and himself for an X amount(grows with ability power and leveling of the skill) also giving a small burst of movement speed and attack speed to everybody in range. This ability has a short cooldown and applies stacks of strength of nature to all allies affected by the spell. This effect stacks up to 5 times and the more stacks you or friendly champions have the bigger the healing and ms and as bursts will be.
** R Aura of Power** Fabius permanently starts to emit protective energies giving all nearby allied units bonus health, magic resist and armour. By pressing R you can switch the Aura of Power into offensive mode, decreasing enemy units magic resist and armour instead and dealing a % of their maximum health over time but draining your mana.
