Star Guardians - Detailed Analysis

So, we've all seen the Star Guardians are coming. It's finally happening. But who are the four magical beings riding in on falling stars? Let's look for a little help from the base inspiration of the Star Guardians - Sailor Moon.

Luxanna is the perfect Usagi, bubbly personality, young, naive, extremely powerful, natural leader even if a bit inexperienced. She fits the bill and now she needs her other Sailors, her protectors or allies.

Let's look at Sailor Moon. Who were the Sailors? Mars, Venus, Mercury, so on. Planets. They each portrayed elemental powers, at least the first handful. Lux uses light magic, which fits the whole moon magic. It's all light.

So, we can assume the Star Guardians are going to be female magic-wielders, if we follow this thought process. We have female elemental casters.

Nami - Sailor Mercury (ironic since mercury poisoning with fish, haha) but still. BUBBLE SPRAYYYYYY! Annie - Sailor Mars, fire and usually wears pretty dresses anyway. Taliyah/Zyra/Janna - Sailor Jupiter. Her powers were focused on electricity, plants, physical strength. Any of these casters could be perceived as the storm, earth, or plant Guardian. Soraka/Ahri/LeBlanc - Sailor Venus, whose powers were centered on lunar/love aspects. VENUS LOVE-ME CHAIN. (Chains, LeBlanc).

IF WE LOOK AT THE FAN-MADE TEAM CONCEPT OF THE STAR GUARDIANS:

We could see: Irelia, Syndra, Riven, Fiora, Jinx, so on. The ones that attracted the most attention when we begged for more skins in this line.

IF WE ANALYZE THE PICTURE ITSELF:

What do we see?

Lux is standing by a playground, near a big city, with big stars shooting towards it. 2 blue (one with a shade and tail of green) and 2 pink (one slightly brighter, one more red). This PROBABLY reinforces the elemental aspect! Red, Mars, Blue Mercury, Green, Jupiter, Pink, Venus. :D

What the picture makes me think of: GET JINXED! Jinx was riding a rocket to the city in her video just like this. So reminiscent. Would Riot really do this unintentionally? Plus, our famed Jinx hasn't received a skin since her Zombie Slayer one last Harrowing. So that's two points for Jinx. Which means magic-wielders aren't exclusive to this line.

What else? Playground. Who enjoys playgrounds? Small little girls who wield extremely powerful teddy bears and dark fire magic. Duh. ANNIE!? That's two points for Annie. Seriously google it, she has Tibbers dressed as Tuxedo Mask, it's great.

Power Lines. Coincidence? Probably. This isn't the Illuminati.

IF WE FOCUS ON THE STAR GUARDIANS AS BASED SOLELY ON DEMACIAN CHAMPS: (Non-gender specific)

Poppy Garen Lux Fiora Kayle Sona (Not likely, stars overlap with arcade skin) Quinn

IF WE FOCUS ON CHAMPIONS THAT HAVE SPECIFIC POWERS RELATED TO MAGIC/LIGHT/STARS:

Luxanna Aurelion Sol - Who better to guard the stars than the creator of them? Taric - He literally carries stars on his back and Targon just had this huge event. Diana - Moon. Sailor Moon. Stars. Hmm. Leona - For obvious reasons. Soraka - Literally throws stars at people.

Now remove Aurelion Sol, and we can see the perfect four if we exclude the focus on females.

SO:

These are the champions that I feel have the highest probability to be falling from the sky. People have been saying they had to have good moral compasses or happy alliances, but that's not necessary. Ashe got a Marauder skin when she is seen with a good moral compass. It stretched the boundaries of her lore. Varus is pure corruption, got baby Cupid skin. Think of skins as the DC Multiverse. It's an alternate existence. A What-If scenario that doesn't play by the rules. Anything goes honestly.

My top four picks. That I truly believe are coming from the sky:

Annie, Zyra/Taliyah, Soraka, and Nami.
