Active items in the game, once used and on cooldown, don't display a dimmed image any longer. It can be really confusing for items or spells with charges (i.e Smite or Yellow trinket) if it's lit and not actually usable. Just a clarity issue.

Tanthalason1 votesuntil they fix it just pay attention to if you have a line in the middle of the image somewhere. Anything on cooldown still tracks how long is left on cooldown with the little line going around the image. If theres no line, item or spell is available. If line is present, unavailable.
