Roth & Tor, the Yordle Brothers (that's right, two characters in one)
This is a slightly sillier take on some of the other champion's I've designed, but still these two need they're own character
Roth & Tor, the Yordle Brothers
Primary Role: Marksman
Introduction & Appearance
Roth is the character you control with Tor on a computer surrounded by mortar shells sitting at the fountain. If a spell or ability is shot at him he simply cowers and it misses. Occasionally, Tor will tell Roth what to do as if he's the one helping him through his assault (ie using passive "Aim for it's face!" or "Shoot 'em with bullets!", using his Q might cause Tor to say "Stealth is the best option here" when in a bush or "Increase you're range!" when you're still able to be seen by champions you also see, using W Tor might say "Set one there and there", or "There's a nice location", using E he could say "Run, Roth, Run!" (forest gump reference) or "Glad I'm not out there", using R could be "Mark the KZ (kill zone), Roth" or "Leave it to me". Upon reviving from death he could say "you shoulda listened to me, Roth", or "whoops my bad". Tor wears a coat with glasses and black long hair, whereas Roth wears a coat mixed with sparatic pieces of armor like a single pauldron or a chest piece while wielding a long black rifle and having white spikey hair.
Lore
Roth and his younger brother Tor had always idolized their heros, Roth prefering the explosives-loving gun-toting Tristana and Tor loving the skillful and tactical mind of Heimerdinger (Both hating Teemo). Roth was always a hard-headed, arrogant yordle even as a baby, though while growing up, he was always been right by his weaker, frailer, brother's side. The muscle to his brain, the bullet to his gun, through thick and then they were inseparable.
Seeing yordle after yordle follow suit into joining the League of Legends, it was only a matter of time before simple Roth became inspired. Tor did not agree with his older brother's decision, but it was time to repay him for all the protection he recieved as an even younger self so he begrudgingly agreed to join with his brother on the condition that he stay in the sidelines

Abilities
Passive - Two Yordles are Better Than One
After dealing three hits within 3 seconds of eachother, this allows Tor to identify their movements and weakness' relaying them to Roth making all of Roth's damage ignore 20/30/40/50% of their target's armor for 5 seconds, refreshing every time Roth deal's damage to them while marked
Q - Pick 'Em Off - 50 Mana (to enter stance)- 11/10.5/10/9.5/9 Second Cooldown - 0 Range
Roth enter's a state of focus laying prone and setting up his bi-pod reducing his movement speed by 90%. Reactivating will make him stand up. While in this state all auto-attacks gain a bonus 200 (300 at lv5 with the skill) range, cannot deal damage to towers, and are considered very thin skill shots. Unlike most abilities, Pick 'Em Off will not reveal you when you auto attack from a bush or in the fog of war. Taking any damage will not only knock you out of your stance, but apply a 40% slow for 2 seconds and you take an additional 15% damage from the source. These shots deal an additional 10/15/20/25/30 (+25% AD) that stop on the first target they collide with
W - This'll Be Cool - 20/25/30/35/40 Mana - 14/13/12/11/10 Second Cooldown - 200 Range
Whenever this ability comes off cooldown you get 2 charges regardless and will not start it's cooldown until both charges are in use. Set a steak in the ground, this can be placed inside terrain like trees to make them invisible. When both steaks are within 300 range of eachother an invisible trip wire is launched between the two. Any foe who passes through the trap will be slowed by 70% for 1 second, then 1 second later their body will explode dealing 70/110/150/190/240 (+50% AD) to them and around them within a radius of 400 central to the champion and immediately triggering Two Yordles are Better Than One on the target and revealing them for 3 seconds. Only 3 traps (6 steaks) can be in play at a time
E - Get Me Outta Here! - 40/45/50/55/60 Mana - 18/17/16/15/14 Second Cooldown- 500 Range, Over-Head skillshot, 300 Radius
Throw a grenade to a target direction dealing 40/80/120/160/200 (+45% AD) and an aftermath smoke cloud for 3 seconds. As long as Roth is moving away from the explosion and/or the smoke cloud (which does nothing) he gains a 20/25/30/35/40% Movement Speed moving through minions and shoving them aside slightly to give his sense of urgency
R - All You Bro! - 100 mana - 140/120/100 Second Cooldown - Anywhere on the map, Radius 1000
Select 3 locations; Inputting coordinates for his brother, fire all three mortar shells at once to the target locations. Only one mortar can hurt one target so stacking does not increase damage, but does inflict a 50% slow for 3 seconds if hit with a second or more mortar shells. There is a 1.5 second delay to the mortar shells reaching their targets and can be seen by the enemy with a red "Get Sum" spray painted on the floor from Roth firing markers into the sky. Each mortar shell deals 150/200/250 (+100 % AD) and ignores 40% Armor
Explanations
So here I will explain the abilities further, just remember that numbers and ratios can all be changed easily, so try focus more on the abilities themselves. If anything needs balance though, please do tell me and I will fix it.
Passive- This is Roth's only real way to deal damage to tanks, in addition it gives a powerful laning presence
Q - This allows Roth to better fight from afar while still yielding counter play from any long range spell or assassination attempt. In addition, this ability makes your auto's skillshots making minions and jungle monsters a great hindrance and making you the shooter makes your kills more personal
W - This provides an excellent way of seeing ganks incoming but the tether range between the steaks isn't that long, so you have to be crafty, in addition, not putting them in bushes or terrain, lets the steaks be seen and hence avoided
E - Essentially an escape tool more than a harass tool, because cool guys don't look at explosions when they go off, he gets a speed boost while its exploding and for the 3 seconds after it resonates as a smoke cloud that does nothing other than give him a speed boost. The reason the speed boost is so long is because the speed boost isn't very powerful as opposed to Jinx's which is massive and long but of course requirements are harder to accomplish, its more similar to Teemo's W. That's not to say he can't throw the grenade behind him and use it to close the gap between a foe
R - This is tricky to explain lemme try, basically you select 3 spots on the map and they are instantly marked by Roth shooting paint rounds into the sky and landing on the locations that the mortars soon rain on. This is very similar to Xerath's ult, with the exception, the damage does not stack, and they happen at the same time, not successively.
