Ven'Kas, the King of the Void
This is the champion I devised while doing a Dungeons and Dragons campaign using the league universe as it's base. Ven'Kas was an all-powerful being that had slowly been sending creatures of the Void to scout Runeterra as the location for his new 2nd Void where he would send the souls of those to his own deity, Xel'Arc who is supposedly the creator of the Void
Ven'Kas, the King of the Void
Primary Role: Mage
Introduction & Appearance
Ven'Kas is a powerful middle lane mage who can charge almost all of his skills to become greater in effect using his back spikes to draw larger glyphs. The Void King takes the form of a long white-haired human with eyes over-flowing with purple fire (or Void Flame). The very floor he hovers over is cratered as he hovers above it. He wears a long purple and white trench coat and numerous randomly placed pieces of armor, but his most defining feature is his two long silver spikes that go out from his shoulder blades a little ways and then down to the back of his knees. These giant spikes are called his "Glyph Artifacts" and are controlled by his mind and will. He is a very power hungry creature that wants nothing more to send souls to his deity and convert the world into another expansion of the Void by force of course
Lore
Hand selected by the Great Creator, Xel'Arc, Ven'Kas was manifested in the void to be his herald as the deity could not minimize his power into physical form. For countless decades, the Void King searched dimensions and rifts to find and conquer then letting the Void slowly consume the land. He was bested in combat and returned to the Void defeated. Offering his prayers to Xel'Arc, he was bestowed with the "Glyph Artifacts" that he then proceeded to blindly pierce them into his own shoulder blades. Within seconds the artifacts reacted to his power and filled him with all his body could handle. His black hair turned white, his eyes now empty pits of fire, and his feet never again touched the ground because the very aspect of walking was now beneath him.
With this new power to utilize the most powerful spells normally taking days to cast now only took him seconds with his artifacts writing the required glyphs for him at lightning speeds, he went out to the land and not only killed his former opponent, but easily dominated land after land with his unstoppable prowess and mastery of the legendary Void Flame power. Sending his usual scouts, Cho'gath, Kha'Zix, Kog'Maw, and others, he decided "What better way to test the mettle of these creatures than entering their League of Legends?" Upon entering he agrees to lower his power so as to not draw too much attention, but still enough to obliterate his foes!

All of Ven'Kas' abilities can be charged for up to 2 seconds before casting them. They reach Void State and gain additional effects but cast immediately after. Also, when Ven'Kas kills an enemy Champion, they leave behind a ruined earth that covers a small area granting a bonus +2(+2 x LV) AP while in it for 5 seconds.
Q - Abyssal Burst - 70/75/80/85/90 Mana - 6/5.5/5/4.5/4 Second Cooldown - 800 range, Skillshot
Ven'Kas blasts an area with his Void Flame dealing 70/110/150/190/230 (+75% Ability Power) to all enemies struck
VOID STATE: Blasts in a cone instead and leaves behind a persisting flame that deals 10/20/30/40/50 (+20% AP) per second for 5 seconds.
W - Void Stampede - 60/65/70/75/80 Mana - 9/8.5/8/7.5/7 Second Cooldown - 1000 range, two target areas within 400 range of each other
Ven'Kas opens a gateway to allow a stampeding horde of voidlings to rush from one point to the other dealing 30/40/50/60/70 (+65 % AP) per second while in the line of the stampede. The stampede lasts for 4 seconds.
VOID STATE: The stampede lasts for an additional 3 seconds and deals a bonus 20% magic damage
E - Illusion of Defeat- 80/90/100/110/120 - 20/18/16/14/12 Second Cooldown- Self, dash back 600 units
Creates a flaming, purple copy of himself laughing as he blinks backwards and empowering his next spell to deal a bonus 20/25/30/35/40% damage. The clone lasts for 3 seconds and absorbs the first projectile shot at him then vanishes (Counting for auto attacks and spells alike)
VOID STATE: The clone explodes instead dealing 100/120/140/160/200 (+70% AP) magic damage to all around it
R - Throne of the King - 100 mana - 140/120/100 Second Cooldown - Large radius within 800 units
Creates inescapable circle around a location and then lunges into the sky becoming invulnerable. During this time he fires a barrage of Void Fireballs down on the trapped foes dealing 25/30/35 (+10% AP) for 10 fireballs and one final massive ball that deals 100/150/200 (+60% AP) that destroys the circle freeing those who survived. (This all happens over the span of 3 seconds then 1 second for the final blast)
Explanations
So here I will explain the abilities further, just remember that numbers and ratios can all be changed easily, so try focus more on the abilities themselves. If anything needs balance though, please do tell me and I will fix it.
Q - This attack is your primary harass skill and if charged can be even more of a presence in team fights
W - This makes a great consistent damage output on enemies that are distracted with other fights and chained with Throne of the King (R)will make a devastating combo
E - A split decision that is great at avoiding incoming death and also allowing for a powerful counterattack. Works very well with avoiding to the left or right and then blasting with a powered up Abyssal Burst (Q). This also works amazingly with casting backwards so you dash towards your enemy and trap them in a Throne of the King (R)
R - A great way to trap an entire team and melt them all especially if they're weakened or squishy. E towards foes + Q + E + R = a very unfortunate enemy team. Other combos work well but are very situational.
