Introduction & Appearance
Adorned in robes of black and white and long silver hair, Obsura is a long since thought dead assassin who has a mastery of the ancient art of Essence Harvesting, the act of manipulating the inner essence of any being through contact, all things are alive for some reason whether it be a soul or possessive magic, all of these fall under Essence and can be tapped into by an Essence Harvester. A mid-laner but can be played top as well, Obsura excels at obliterating a target and then tricking his foes to elude their chase
Lore
Originally a native of Noxus, he left at the ripe young age of 15 when he was selected to be drafted for the Noxian Assassin Division. Obsura slipped away to take a boat to Ionia where his skills in assassination were heavily frowned upon, even by the ninja of Ionia. Being deemed a monster for his minor dabble in the forbidden art of Essence Harvesting.
The forsaken assassin went to the mountains to train by himself with the mentality of "If they can't accept me, they will fear me." His Noxian blood inescapable, he honed the forbidden art he had learned from the archives he used to be employed at. 5 years later, the now sole master of Essence Harvesting swept a small village of Ionia like a mist and took the lives of all there. It was weeks before Karma discovered the obliterated village thinking that the legend of the boy from Noxia that went into the mountains to die was no legend, and he was terrifyingly real

Abilities
Passive - Essence Collector
Killing an enemy will give you 2 stacks of Essence, an assist will give you 1. Obsura gets +2/4/6 AD and +3/4/5 (upgrades at lv6, 11, and 16) Movement SPD for each stack of Essence. At 10 or more stacks, you gain 10% CDR and +1 Armor and Magic Resist for each stack of Essence
Q - Blade Stance - No Cost - 12/11/10/9/8 Second Cooldown - Self
Attack Stance- Gain +20/30/40/50/60% Attack Speed and +5/10/15/20/25 AD.
Fleeting Stance- Remove any slows upon activation, and gain +30/35/40/45/50 Move Speed while active
W- Essence Intertwine- 60 mana - 15/14/13/12/11 Second Cooldown - Target within range 400
Dash into a monster or minion removing you from sight and gives you vision of the minion or monster and you cannot control who you Intertwine with. If the minion or monster takes damage of any kind, you reveal from the unit appearing next to it stunned for 1.5 seconds. You can reactivate this to dash out of the minion or monster dealing 50/100/150/200/250 (+90% AD) and stunning them for 1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2 seconds
E - Death Claw/Kick Jump - 20/25/30/35/40 mana - (Death Claw) 3 second Cooldown (Kick Jump) 10/9.5/9/8.5/8 - 400 unit line (Death Claw) dash within 250 range
Death Claw: (While in Attack Stance) Deal 10/20/30/40/50 (+60% AD) and slow the target by 25% leaving a Death Stack on them for 7 seconds, the damage of Death Claw increases by 20% for Death Stack on the target
Kick Jump: (While in Fleeting Stance) If collision with a wall, jump to it, then again off of it to the other side. If collision with a champion, minion, or monster, knock back the target to your original dash position and dash again in the same direction you traveled and deal 30/60/90/120/150 (+50% of AD) and slow them by 20/25/30/35/40 %
R - Essence Removal: 100 mana - 100/80/60 Second Cooldown - Only Active when a Champion is within 300/400/500 Range
Tackle a target Champion with 15/25/35% HP or less making both of you vanish then Obsura reappears 1 second later while the other champion falls from the top of the map and instantly dies on impact granting you +1 Essence Stack then normal for that kill
Explanations
So here I will explain the abilities further, just remember that numbers and ratios can all be changed easily, so try focus more on the abilities themselves. If anything needs balance though, please do tell me and I will fix it.
Q - This is how you choose between getting in or getting out, Obsura is a great duelist but can easily get melted by teams so knowing when to go in or retreat is key. Keep to Attack Stance for farming and dueling and swap when you're about to get ganked or in a bad situation, Though Obsura lacks in teamfight prowess he excels in fighting in the jungle against single targets
W - When being chased, Kick Jump into the jungle and Essence Intertwine with a monster in it. Hopefully you can stall him long enough for your Kick jump to come off cooldown so you can jump out and stun them then Kick Flip to safety or just duel them to low enough to be insta-killed by Essence Removal
E - Spamming this while in Attack Stance is the optimal way to slash tanks or carries to ribbons even if they're grouped up. If the fight isn't playing out well, use Q to swap to Fleeting Stance and Kick Jump off of whoever is furthest away
R - Dealing True damage = to the enemy's current HP sounds over-powered its not, it can only be activated very close and when their HP is at that pre-selected threshold
