Should there be a champion, that is an Otter?

If you're anything like me, you love how cute the yordles are. But doesn't that get boring, doesn't that get annoying to always play against a yordle that just guts you in lane or is just too cute to kill? No, what i want is a champ in League of Legends that is an otter. A cute otter that is Otterly cute. He or she won't be like the otters. If anyone would like to discuss a champion that is an otter or think of it as a skin for a champion, do respond and add your input :) I want input like, what is the Otters name, what role should it play, should it be jungle, adc, support, top or mid. Would it be AP or AD. You choose guys :) Of course this is just a concept of a champ I'd personally like to see in the future.
