This doesn't happen all the time but its been consistently happening over the course of the month. For some reason when i exit out of a game, the top row where it says "Play" doesn't show up when i get back into the client... I'm just wondering if its just me or if its happening to any others. If it is please up-vote.
Are you exiting a live game? As long as it's not a custom game (and everyone has left) you will not be able to start a new game until your current is finished. So if you're leaving normal matches while it's still running not only will your account start to receive warnings, suspensions, and even a full blown ban if you are just leaving games. This isn't like Overwatch norms where you can just leave :). If this is not your issue then I would just try restarting the client again.
