Can There Be a Champ that is a Centipede?

I know we already have Skarner, Elise, Kha'zix and technically Cho'Gath as bug inspired champs but wouldn't it be cool if they made a champ that was a fearsome foe, like a top/jg Centipede that is a super mobile assassin that loses attack damage based on how long he could move. Or make Aurelion sol get a Centipede skin and call it Void Aurelion Sol. I dunno i just want a insect based champion that is known to be the king of all insects due to its massive ferocity and epic proportional value. Would be cool if the more he was damaged, the more legs he would lose. hence the more legs he loses, the lower his movement speed would become.
