Let's Rework Skarner Correctly

Passive: Natural Fighter: When in defensive stance, Skarner blocks 20% of the damage taken from basic attacks.
When in offensive stance, Skarner deals 6+(3*level) bonus physical damage on hit.
Q: Stance Change: Range: self No mana cost 1 second cooldown Skarner changes between an offensive stance and a defensive stance, attacking differently and gaining different bonuses depending on the stance. Defensive (default): Skarner raises his claws, using them to attack and mitigate damage. He gains 10/15/20/25/30% bonus armor and magic resist. Offensive: Skarner drops his claws, using his stinger to attack. His basic attacks poison his target with Crystal Venom for 3 seconds, dealing 1/2/3/4/5% of their missing health per second. Crystal Venom refreshes upon subsequent Offensive Stance attacks.
**W: ** Range: self Cost: 60 mana 10 second cooldown Defensive: Crystalline Exoskeleton: Skarner hardens the crystals abound his body, gaining a shield for 7/9/11/13/15% of his maximum health and 10/15/20/25/30% tenacity for up to 5 seconds while the shield persists. Offensive: Crystal Energy: Skarner empowers himself with Crystal Energy, gaining 10/15/20/25/30% bonus movement speed and 20/30/40/50/60% bonus attack speed for 5 seconds.
**E: ** Range: 500/1000 Cost: 60 mana 12 second cooldown Defensive: Fissure: Skarner rears his claws then slams them down, creating a shockwave that radiates outward from Skarner, dealing 50/75/100/125/150% total AD physical damage to all enemies it hits and slowing them by 30/35/40/45/50% for 2 seconds. The shockwave creates a fissure in the ground that lasts for 5 seconds and slows any enemies who stand on it by the same amount. While in this zone, Skarner gains 20% damage reduction from all sources. Offensive: Fracture: Skarner launches a crystal shard forward in a line, slowing all enemies it hits by 30/35/40/45/50% for 2 seconds and marking them with Crystal Shards for the next 5 seconds. Skarner’s next Offensive Stance basic attack against a marked enemy causes Crystal Shards to shatter, dealing 50% total AD bonus damage and stunning them for 1 second.
R: Impale: Range: 400 Cost: 100 mana 120/100/80 second cooldown. Skarner impales an enemy with his stinger, suppressing them for 2 seconds. The impalement deals 50/100/150% total AD physical damage and the release deals 50/100/150% total AD magic damage. Skarner is free to move with his impaled enemy while they are suppressed, but can’t attack or cast abilities during this time. Impale can only be used in offensive stance.
