Is Skarner gonna get any pre season love

Most other champs have received significant base stat buffs to armor and base ad, as well as base damage buffs on abilities, especially junglers. Except Skarner that is. Are you guys just planning on fucking him over again this season? He’s been in a terrible spot ever since his rework and could really use some love.

How on earth is the tank you hardly builds ad ap or attack speed and doesn’t take offensive runes and doesn’t scale well with that mastery at all use it as a buff?

Because all the mobility in the world doesn’t mean shit when he has no tenacity gap closers or decent innate tankiness
