I feel like there should be a champ with a passive where they have to do something just as hard or worse as breaking the nexus but get a insta win if they do it

The whole premise of LoL is to break the Nexus. That's THE point of the game. It's also why we have people who complain when they lose but had "insert kda here." They need to learn to break the nexus.
Essentially you're asking for a LoL Exodia.
Sadly it would most likely be abused with some type of full team comp dedicated to it, and would probably break the game.
