What should I start doing? (Warning: Salty)

I have just hit 6 losses in ranked in a row and I have been wondering what I should do now? I can't tell if its my fault or not. My last game 12 mins in vayne was 1/4, jayce was 0/4 and malp has been gone for the last 5 mins. What could I have done there? (Final score was 4/2/4) The game before that I admit I did die 2-3 times where I messed up and I could have done a lot to avoid it. In said game I want to know what other things I could have done better. I was mainly following my adc because our team would never get in groups bigger than 2 other than fights. I did try a few times to attack people when they were away from their team. This would end with my team not noticing my pings or the fight at all. So what I got from the 2nd game is I just need to stay away from people because I can't always count on others to notice they have been alone for over a full minute and the rest of their team is not even close to them. (Final score was 6/9/19) Sadly I have taken breaks from ranked a lot and I don't remember my stories from the other 4 games. The scores were 4/8/13, 3/3/4, 6/7/9, 3/5/4 Sorry if this looks like a mess to anyone.

Take a break for a day and come back later. Make sure you keep yourself healthy, get some exercise, etc. Making sure your body is at it's best will make sure you play at your best and that you are in a positive mood.

What you can do is not play ranked.

Typically everyone fucked up on so many different levels that there is nothing specific to blame, all you can do is sit there in shock and horror, and possibly anger.

Honestly, and sorry because I hate when people use this. But learn better champs. Zilean and Karthus are good yes, but if you learn really good carry champs then you might do a lot better.
