Is there a reason to finish Legend of Runeterra games?
I have lost a couple of games where I got 0 xp. What is the point of continuing to the end if I don't get anything for finishing the match?

Sounds like a bug to me. You should get 200 for a win, and 100 for a loss in PvP.
100 for wins and 50 for losses what point in the game you are and second are you looking at your ranking as opposed to your experience. Cause if you have no league points obviously you can't lose any.
