new league champion idea

a new champion idea, since we have no female AD assassin, lets make one! And since riot really loves AP female assassins, why not make her AP too! (my idea for this is a AP/AD hybrid, the choice is yours, literally. Also, i was really inspired by Kayn/kai’sa) This is actually really complicated too.

Name: Blank, the Unknown Bounty Hunter. race: female human, maybe ionian/zaun

Stats: HP: around 600-700 AD: around 70 AP has to be the same as AD Atk spd: 0.55 Armor: 50 Magic resist: 60 movement spd: 360-380 i dunno about this part

Lore: “huh, another bounty completed” as she boringly looked at the skull under her feet in the desert.” Time to head back home,” she laughs sadly, “if i had one...” Then suddenly, the ground starts shaking, “what's happening?” Quickly trying to escape, she fell in an unnatural cave, injuring her hand and leg. She then saw what appears to be lost bounties made from harsh scratches on the walls, barely readable. She was forced to memorize them all and could not forget no matter what as all of the bounties flashed into her mind. Suddenly, a voice appeared, “you must hunt all of these forbidden and lost bounties that are in my way, then you will be free. I shall assist you, and make you able to use your leg and hand again, Watch yourself, as my magic still needs to grow, if you shall get hurt, it may affect you more than you would think. If you shall succeed, i shall give you a home, along with the full use of your leg and hand. however if you shall fail, your leg and hand shall be petrified, and will never be used again!” However, this excited Blank instead of scaring her. “Finally, maybe i will get a bounty that’s actually worth it’s gold.” Once Blank got out, she then saw a pyramid in Shurima that was not there before. She remembers, she must hunt down the emperorAzir, the tunneling voidling,RekSai and the snakeCassiopeia there to complete some of the (however many champions there are in league of legends) bounties, she then heads off, certain to get the job done.

(what i was thinking was to make her into aurelion sol’s enemy, The Dark Star, since it was the dark star that commanded her to hunt. Sorry though, im not good at making lore or remembering lore. And i actually dont know if the dark star can talk or not XD. Also, if theres a dark star thresh and orianna skins, why not make a character that works for the dark star. Also, i wanted a serious champion that actually helped with the lore.)

(i also thought about it, if i wanted to make it so that her AD side supported the Dark Star, but the AP side made her doubt and has the thinking process of “is this really worth it, killing so many people.” which is the reason why her AD route does more dmg and her AP side is more supportive)

Passive: 1st hit she does, she does 10% of opponent's HP(cant be scaled or increased), second hit is 5% hp (cant be scaled or increased) 3rd hit does the lesser damage stat (i dunno how to explain it so i'll give an example: you have 100 AD and 50 AP, your 3rd hit will be doing AP dmg) on the 4th hit, she becomes invisible for 1 second but takes 1.5x damage on any hit. you will pick an AD path or AP path, depending on how much AD/AP you have, if you have 200 AD, you turn into AD assassin, 300 ap to AP assassin. each with their own benefits. You may change forms by changing your items from AD to AP. If you have 300 ap and 200 ad, you get both of the bonuses. Has natural lethality, ignores 2 + (10% enemy armor + 10% magic resist) Bounties give you 10% more gold (if there’s a bounty of 1000, you get 100 extra gold)

Crippled: due to an injury, she cannot crit with auto attacks(lore related).

Q: Assassin style: wind - dashes to a clickable object (turrent, dragon, enemy champions, enemy minions. etc). Cant go through Terrain. does 50/75/100/150/175 damage (scales with higher 100% of damage stat) (can crit) CD: 8/7/7/6/5

AD path bonus: RENAMED TO of Assassin style- Dark: deals bonus AD dmg, and the dash is a farther, and you can go through walls. you will become invisible if you were hit or if you hit an enemy (this includes buffs and minions and turrents) for 5 seconds, once invisible, your Q skill changes into AD path Q when invisible.

AD path Q when invisible: you blink(much like a yasuo's ult or katerina’s dash) behind an enemy champion, deal 10% (scales with 10% of AD) of their hp, slow them for 50% for 4 seconds, and become invisible again. During invisibility, you take 30% damage from all sources except epic monsters and turrets, however, your location will not emit a blue indicator when hit by a source of damage. 10% AD scales, for 10%/20%/30%/40%/60% per skill level CD:30/20/10/10/8

AP path bonus: RENAMED TO Assassin style- Light- deals massive bonus AP dmg, you heal for 4% for every dash/blink you do in a 10 second span(cannot go through walls) (for example, if i do 1 dash in a 10 second span, it'll only heal me for 4% once the 10 seconds are up. if i do 6 dashes, i get healed 24% in 10 seconds) if you get hit 10 times whether it's a skill or auto attack (no items) during this 10 second time span, the skill will cancel and you will only heal 4%. You can cancel the skill early by re-activating the skill again during the 10 second period. During the 10 second period, you gain 10 armor + 20% of your armor armor and 10 magic resist + 20% magic resist (optional: if you have over 2500 hp, your allies will also get the heal, however, they would have to be 500 range near you and the heal is 50% effective on your allies. Minions can also be healed, but for 100% of the healing if Q is re-activated again.) CD: 30/20/10/10/8

W: Assassin style: water - dash backwards, goes through walls(trying to add a skill cap)(also, cant be disabled, or displaced.) next damage you deal reduces defense by 50% for 2 seconds, if 20% of your hp is taken away during the skill, it cancels the skill to reduce defense. also, you take 20% more damage if you get hit by auto attacks after the skill was canceled. CD: 10/9/8/7/7

AD path W RENAMED TO Assassin style - ICE: while dashing backwards, you throw a small knife in the air to your previous location (basically marking the space), those who walk under your knife makes the knife fall and get either two benefits to whoever walks under the knife

Ally and yourself: gains a 10% damage buff and lifesteal to the next and only hit you do. (Example: when a jhin uses his ult, only the 1st shot does the 10% bonus damage, and the rest will do jhin damage.)

Enemy: they take (100% ad dmg). If they have a bounty it will do the amount of dmg of half the bounty gold with half the original ad. (Example, if I were to attack a person with a bounty of 1000, it'll do 500 + 50% ad.)

AP path W RENAMED TO Assassin style - Mirror While dashing backwards, Blank draws out a sword, slicing the next projectile into too which has two benefits. She’ll also drop three small knives on the floor which has benefits to whoever interacts with them.

First, the sword Splitting Ally and self: splits the projectile into two, does half the damage and effects. (example, ashe arrow will split into two, same hitbox however it’ll only stun half as much and do half as much dmg)

Enemy: slices the projectile into two, causing the projectile to stay in place. (this applies to ults that doesnt have projectiles, basically like a stun for cho’gath)

Second, the 3 small knives: Ally and self: you or your ally’s first and only attack will have a bleed effect per knife (possible to have three bleed effects, but they dont stack, only refreshes the timer. It’s also possible to let 3 of your teammates have a bleed effect, but they’d have to be precise on getting only 1 knife each.) (my thought process for this was that you’re giving the knives to your team since your team knows where the knives are, so they’re applying the knives to their weapons, like jhin putting the knives on his bullets lol)

Enemy: Slow for 80% for 1 second, however, they gain increase range for skill shots as a last ditch effort to kill the bounty hunter, but their hands are slitted, they cannot auto attack. (my thought process for this was, the enemy steps on a knife, wonders what it is, then picks it up, only to have it cut their hands, which was my reason for this skill’s effects.)

E: Assassin style: fire passive - every auto attack you do increases your armor and magic penetration by 1% (max stack 50) runs out in 10 seconds active - you can consume your E to gain movement speed (1% movement speed per 2 stacks) and AD/AP (depending which stat is bigger)

AD path renamed to Assassin style: Inferno - Passive: Same as normal except it’s 2% armor penetration for every auto (max stack 50) runs out in 10 seconds every auto attack does bonus true damage from 10/12/14/16/18 and heals you for what the true damage dealt (cannot scale or stack) Bleeds the enemy with 20% of your AD if your Q hits an enemy (cooldown: 100/80/60/30/20)

AP renamed to Assassin style: Thorn - Passive - lose the armor and magic penetration passive, changed into: If you hit a champion while their in cc, they take bonus magic damage. Every auto attack heals you for half the damage you deal for two seconds. Marks the enemy: what the mark does - The mark increases all damage you deal to the marked target by 20% for 11 seconds, however you take 10% more dmg in the process until the mark runs out. When you Q to an enemy, minion, or epic monster, it fears them for 2 seconds.

R: Assassination Passive - increase your AD and AP(whichever is the higher stat) by 50%, stops at level 10 Active - Blink behind an enemy, fear for one second, bleed for one second, and executes if the enemy is 30% hp, if the skill does not execute or kill a target, you may dash to another target (ally, ward, enemy, turret, monsters, camps, etc) and after the second dash, you yourself bleed for 20% hp and is slowed for 20% 2 seconds(due to the cripple effect, read lore). CD: 100/90/70/50/40

AD Assassination renamed into : Assassination - Death Deals 20% AD damage + % HP they still have. If hp is over 75%, do 25% of HP as true damage. If hp is 50% or below, do 15% as true and gain a 10% movement speed buff. If HP is below 25%, execute the enemy champion. Both dashes has a chance of execute, however you push yourself to your limits, you bleed 50% hp of your current hp (if you have 200 hp, you bleed 100 hp) for 4 seconds and is slowed by 50% for 2 seconds after the skill is done You take 50% more damage for 4 seconds after the skill is done CD: 100/90/70/50/40 AP Assassination renamed into : Assassination - Life Doesn’t inflict bleed or slow after you miss an execute. AP assassin adds an extra dash, making it three dashes, with a bonus of the second dash having a shield effect and the third dash has the ability to execute. After the 3rd dash, she inflicts grievous wounds on herself and cannot receive any shields. Deals 30% AP damage
