new doran's item?
can we have a dorans item that increases speed? like 5% atk speed and movement speed? maybe make it a feather? cause there are a lot of champs that needs speed to make them viable picks.

Interesting idea! I think we have enough ways to provide early game MS through runes/itemization already, but I'm definitely open to the idea of more Doran items. In fact, I pitched Doran as a champion concept on these very boards a number of years ago.

Doran's items are extremely cost-efficient (blade is 135% CE, Ring is 196% CE and shield is anywhere between 95% and 215% CE ,depending on circumstances)
the new item would need to have ~ 160% CE to match the average Doran's item CE (so 450g * 1.6 = ~720G)
5% MS - 197.5G 12% AS - 300G 80 Health - 213.33G
so ~711 G worth of stats, which is pretty close to the average doran's item CE
although Riot will not add the item,as they scrapped the idea of AS doran's item last year
There's already the customizable rune stats, as well as hail of blades/lethal tempo. And yeah, what the other person said, it got scrapped.
