not starting?

alright, i'll make this breif, my league isnt working? ever 1/4 or 1/5 games, my league kinda bugs out? as in, when the loading screen appears, my circle is spinning, i have 70-82 ping, and everyone is 100%, but the problem is... it's not taking me to the actual game? like, i keep getting stalled during the loading screen until the game is literally remade and takes me to the results screen, which causes me to keep getting the timer which is unfair :P. is it a bug or is this just my client?[sg-janna]
