Tyke is a goblin champion (only one known in Runeterra) who will do anything to get gold. and won't share any of it if he can help it.

passive: Loot the Bodies. Tyke cannot buy items except potions. instead when he gets a kill he steals one random item from the champion he kills. he can still sell items he steals.

Q: Pickpocket. Tyke takes a swing at a champion or minion dealing physical damage and if damages a champion steals some of their gold.

gold cost: none. damage: 25/50/75/100/125+AD. gold stolen: 10/20/30/50/50. Cooldown: 15/12/9/6/3

W: Expendables. Tyke throws some of his gold dealing magic damage equal to the amount that is thrown. if he gets a kill then that gold is refunded. if he is slain then the killer gets the gold that was thrown.

gold cost: 20/40/60/80/100. damage: 20/40/60/80/100+AP. cooldown: 2/4/6/8/10

E: Fools Gold. Tyke can switch his pouch of gold with cheap knock offs that are worth nothing. during this time he earns no gold from killing minions or from over time. when active and he is slain the killer(s) receive no gold from the kill.

gold cost: none. active timer: 5/10/15/20/25. cooldown: 6/12/18/24/30.

R: Bribery. Tyke throws a sack of gold on the ground and when an enemy collects it they receive a large chunk of gold from it but they cannot attack him until he is slain. up to 2 enemies may be bribed at a time.

gold cost: 250/500/750. cooldown: 90/60/30.

strategy: get as much minions as you can for early gold access and be able to use your powers. your gold is your "mana" and you need to keep it safe best you can. Tyke is mainly ADC cause he needs to secure kills in order to get items. and by himself that won't happen very often. but if he can loot a sup item then he could be sup since minions will drop coins when others kill them. he can still buy potions so his early game isn't completely slow when he can't buy items. he does have means of escape should he need to but they do cost him quite a bit of gold to do so. having gold as a "mana" source is a unique concept compared to say wind Yasuo , courage Kled , or energy Zed .

will work on backstory later if i remember. just wanted to show his powers and his main gimmick.

I had Xenos who looted bodies for a random item as his passive, the item was kept in a special slot, only 1 at a time, but people said it was too over powered... Good luck.

The problem with this is if your playing against a safe ranged champion you won't have any items unless they are braindead. Or if "Tyke" has to play against a counter of him then he's pretty much doomed. There is really no way that a champion can play without buying items or they'll just be useless. I think it's a pretty cool idea but it just couldn't b executed well and he would have to scale off of both AP and AD to be viable at all since his passive.
