Passive 2:Hextech Q15SRT Assault Rifle: Cedrick has fixed base attack stats (Attack Damage,Attack Speed, Attack range,) but improves when his Assault Rifle upgrades, His assault rifle upgrades with levels 1/6/11/16 Base stats: Level 1

Q Hextech Grenade: Cedrick chucks a grenade (and deals 70/90/110/130/150/170 attack damage + 50% bonus ad) ( Does 80% dmg to minions) W Hextech Urgency: Cedrick gains (30/35/40/45/50/55%) attack speed and Gains (5/10/15/20/25/30%) for 5 Seconds (Cooldown 15/14.5/14/13.5/13/12.5)

E Seeker Missile: (Cooldown 20/19/18/17/16/15) Cedrick deploys a seeker missile (can hold 2 chargers) in a short radius, it can only target enemy champions and will detonate upon contact dealing (25/45/65/85/105/125) and slow for 30% for 2 seconds (+ 70% bonus ad) Seeker missiles last 30/40/50/60/70/80 seconds and can only have 4 out at a time

R Warriors Pursuit: Cedrick dashes forward and can re activate ( If Cedrick does not auto within 5 seconds this ability goes back on cooldown) this dash if he autos an enemy champion (Can only dash a maximum of 3 times) (Cooldown 70 seconds)

Seems cool, how do you envision his gameplay to work? IE spell rotations, item scaling / build paths, and fallback patterns?
