Playing graves on pbe with new runes he needs a buff to his attack speed

When playing on live servers graves usually takes attack speed runes to help him clear a lot better but now with runes he doesnt get that. graves does not want to go into precision tree so he does not get the 18% extra attack speed. Now other junglers and not as affected because riot buffed the jungle items which gave 15% extra attack speed on hunters machete, but the thing is graves does not buy hunters machete as he can abuse hunters tailismin a lot more, was wondering if graves could get compensated by a slight increase in his base attack speed?
