Suggestion, Maybe make eveylens W a global ability?

I know at first it seems kind of ridiculous and Evelyn is a new champ and may very well be over powered or under powered, but if we were to make her w global you could play serious mind games with people, kinda of similar how warwicks w is global (at least the passive portion) but her w is kinda weak atm as it gives 1.5 seconds to the enemy to counterplay you, now that wouldnt change but it would make enemies think twice if you are there or not. Could be more abused in higher elo then change anything really in lower elo
