Fulke, an angel fallen, taken into custody after harsh injuries by an group of scientists obsessed with experimentation and owning an evil passion for learning the unknown. Inevitably Fulke escaped their prison for him after years of torture and found himself lost to the world with nothing but his damaged wings to grant him shelter. After a few months time, Fulke stumbled upon civilization and was treated for his wounds and infections and was allowed a place to live within a community. Though, his years of solemn torture have left a lasting mark on his sanity to where Fulke abandoned his foster home and made his way back to the wild to protect the safety of those who wanted to take care of him so his violent outbursts wouldn't cause anymore harm than he already has to those he found love for. Fulke has been grizzled by the elements and shaped by the weather, his soul still shattered from his youthful pain, his mind ever wandering as he relies on himself in the harsh wilds.

R: Tortured Soul (Passive) Passive: Upon taking damage that reduces you to or below half health, increase and heal your maximum health by a significant amount for a short time as well as the passive AD gained is increased for the duration by a significant amount. This effect has a long cool down so it may not rapidly reactivate in consecutive combat. You gradually restore health as long as this ability is on cool down.

  • Health gained: 100/300/500 health
  • Health regeneration: 12/20/28 health per second
  • AD increase over the duration: 10/20/30
  • Duration of gained health: 8 seconds

Fulke was designed as a juggernaut, being able to withstand a lot of pain and while doing so, dish out enough damage to be of use to a team. His passives makes sure he is allowed to be mobile in fights to assist his squishy allies but his lack off CC doesn't allow him to effectively peel in team fights, leaving that up to his allies in other roles to have to accommodate.

The kit was made to revolve around releasing stress and being resilient as he is use to enduring pain and suffering.

Any feedback is welcome, thank you!

Change Log:

I feel like 8 seconds for a ult is just too overpowered. I don't even think that Tryndamere's that long. However, I do like the idea.
