Talisman of Evil Intent

Build: Fiendish Codex + Forbidden Idol + 1200 gold (2900 gold total)

Stats: 40 Ability Power +100% base mana regeneration

Unique passive: +20% cooldown reduction Unique passive: +10% heal and shield power Unique passive, Evil Intent: You can now cast your single target heals & shields on enemy champions, dealing damage instead for 60% of the heal or shield value.

The item is purely for heal/shield supports to offer more damage, but in place of damage, you lose the cooldown on your heals/shields for your allies. So it's a double edged sword. Considered 40% but figured it was too low, but to be able to damage enemies at all with your support spells, maybe 40% is justifiable. I dunno, lemme know. Just a tired, late night idea anyway.

Interesting, but I still think you'd get much more value from shielding your allies. Janna and Lulu's shields end up increasing your team's damage, anyway. I think this might only be useful on Karma because of her aoe shield with Mantra.

His item states that it just works with single target shields and heals, though.

It would definitely be better on specific champions. As for Janna & Lulu, you would be better off shielding allies, but for champions like Karma (who likes dealing damage), Soraka, Technically Rakan as well (I didn't think of that originally, but getting 2 dashes on a target since it is a single target shield would super interesting to me) would probably enjoy the item. But at the end of the day, it was a tired, late night item idea.

Also, as for champions like Lulu and Janna, if you are ever fending for yourself, left alone by your team or singled out in fights, being able to use your shield/heal as burst may be the difference between living and dying. Just because you have the item doesn't mean you cant heal/shield your allies, but you have the option, if you need it, to deal damage.
