Talisman of Evil Intent

Build: Fiendish Codex + Forbidden Idol + 1200 gold (2900 gold total)

Stats: 40 Ability Power +100% base mana regeneration

Unique passive: +20% cooldown reduction Unique passive: +10% heal and shield power Unique passive, Evil Intent: You can now cast your single target heals & shields on enemy champions, dealing damage instead for 60% of the heal or shield value.

The item is purely for heal/shield supports to offer more damage, but in place of damage, you lose the cooldown on your heals/shields for your allies. So it's a double edged sword. Considered 40% but figured it was too low, but to be able to damage enemies at all with your support spells, maybe 40% is justifiable. I dunno, lemme know. Just a tired, late night idea anyway.
