Champion Concept: The Paladin

The Paladin "My faith protects me, and it will destroy you." "You don't have to be fearless, just don't let fear stop you."

Range: Melee Roles: Fighter/Support

Passive: Blessing Increases the max HP of you and nearby allied champions by 7% (calculated after all other buffs to maximum HP)

Q: Divine Wrath Summon a wrathful angel to plummet to a target location, smashing the ground beneath it, dealing damage to any enemy caught in it’s wake then finding it’s way to you and healing you for a portion of the damage dealt.

  • Damage: 50/80/110/140/170 + 20% AP + 15% Max HP magic damage
  • Healing: 40% damage dealt
  • Cost: 70/75/80/85/90 mana
  • Cooldown: 10 seconds

W: Justice Dash to a target enemy within ‘x’ units, making a basic attack once you reach them and then slowing them for 3 seconds.

  • Slow: 20%
  • Cost: 50 mana
  • Cooldown: 13 seconds

E: Healing Words Passive: Every 3 seconds while in combat with an enemy champion, you gain a stack of ‘Avenger.’ Toggle: Release a healing aura that channels through your symbol of power, recovering the health of nearby allies every 1 second. This healing is halved on yourself. The healing increases by 10% per stack of ‘Avenger’ you have. This is a toggle ability, keeping it active consumes mana every second while healing every 1 second until it is turned off.

  • Healing: 10/15/20/25/30 + 10% AP + 3% Max HP
  • Cost: 40/45/50/55/60 mana per tick
  • Cooldown: 1 second (Toggle)

R: Guardian Summon a guardian angel to fight by your side. This spirit floats behind you, following you for a short time. Whenever you are hit by an attack or spell from a champion, it attacks your attacker within 400 units, dealing true damage. It can only attack a certain amount of times per second, however. If it hits the same enemy 3 times, that enemy is rooted for a short time (7 second cooldown per enemy). Whenever you score a kill or assist, the spirit is granted bonus time with you before it disappears.

  • Damage: 30/70/110 + 20% AP true damage
  • Attack speed: 1.2/1.6/2.0
  • Root duration: 1.5 seconds
  • Duration: 6 seconds
  • Duration bonus: 2 seconds
  • Cost: 100 mana
  • Cooldown: 160/140/120 seconds

Looking for some feedback in this, I assume people will tell me the damage on the ult is too crazy, it's to give him some damage as he only has 1 real damage dealing skill in his kit that isn't just an AA based skill but am open to changing it.

This champion I can see in top lane or as a support. Building bruiser-ap for optimal damage & support while also becoming rather tanky with his passive. His passive ofcourse is also super useful in bot lane as it helps your ADC that much more to stay alive.
