TBH, this Fiddlesticks doesnt look "Risen" at all.
This skin looks like it belongs to the Guardian of the Sands line. Image from S@20 I mean, he's all jade-y and gold.

I am absolutely certain the 'Risen' line or it's visual antecedents from the non Guardians skins (which I am guessing there will be more of) are poised to be evil or dark versions of the Guardians of the Sands. It stands to reason, much like the Marauder and Inquisitor skins a while back, save that these are all visually similar.
it's still in development so things can change, but yeah so far it looks more like GotS themed skin
If you look closer, and at his death animation, he is a mummy.

I think when he goes back instead of becoming an ugly zombie, he should be placed into a pharoahs coffin then sink into the ground... That is what a true 1350 deserves
